Hii @Flipkart @flipkartsupport waiting resolution on the same. Mosin is in touch with me but i am still not satisfied with services. I wouls request you to check and help ASAP

But the fact is Flipkart itself told their delivery boys to show atleast one fault to lower the exchange rate. This is not the fault of delivery boy. One of my friend confirmed that flipkart instructed them to show fault. And "Bent" option is the most easy thing they can say.

It is better if we avoid Flipkart. Their business model isn't great, they cancel orders without any reason or consent. Their service is gone to dogs😭
