Lady, you’re taxed to death. It’s not Universal healthcare it’s managed care. Tge Government manages who and when people get care. I live on the Canadian border. I work in a level one trauma center for 42 years. We had multiple contracts with your country to provide care. Many Canadians crossed the border and paid out of pocket because they couldn’t wait 3 years for an MRI.

So I have a home in Puerto Vallarta Mexico and about half the visitors there are Canadian they come to Mexico for healthcare because the wait for the (not) free healthcare is sometimes 6 months.
