Unless they signed for surrogacy agreement. Who ever gives birth to a child, will automatically have right on that child. Even if its not biological. Law is very clear.

She carried the babies it’s the hospital’s fault for the mix up. If I was the bio bad in this I would be pissed at hospital not my friends and I’d probably let them continue to raise the kid because they had looked after the child.
