I doubt if people are also aware there are, Gold Silver and, Bronze level of policy. Which explained your different entitlement to claims. For instance, you can claim mirror damage under gold and not in Bronze. You can be given a temporary car for running around while your car is damaged or Hotel accommodation and bla bla bla.
