@TheElijahLeigh For me, it’s not really the gifts or surprises that i don’t recieve that bothers me, it’s when my friends have problems or rendezvous, it seems like I’m always available for them and always helping them in every way that I can but when it comes to me, I can’t even count on them

the more you get older the more you will realized that you do not need a lot of friends. you only keep the ones that matter kahit isa lang yan! keep them close. when you are not invited or feeling mo napilitan lang sila, dont go. they are not worth your time and energy.

no wonder i grew becoming sentimental—i rarely get gifts from ‘friends’ and their gifts/letters are still with me even years because like this is like once in a blue moon for me, i must treasure it as much as possible no matter what gift or nilibre ng food, i keep the receipt

Also the feeling na huli kang nasabihan.Always the last to know. Para kang courtesy call lang. But you cant complain kasi sinali ka nga eh.

The thing is, not everyone has the resources to provide so if someone was able to remember you on your very special day consider it already as a sign that you matter to them.
