I find it so odd that Mac Miller (here, RiP), whose music appreciate, became so wildly popular in mainstram "pop" music, yet G Love & Special Sauce remain largely ignored

“Jhoanna, are you bringing Pinoy-pop to audiences right across the world? In your opinion, what is it about Filipino music that makes it so unique?” 🐥: Well, I think one of the things that makes Filipino music really special is the heart behind it. Filipinos love storytelling through music, and there’s always so much passion and so much emotion in everything that we create or in every performance we do. immense fear in posting this, but it's real. i know so many of you make music, & all of us love music. are we caring for the people that create it?

Listen, Anti Up is both of our passion projects, we have had so much fun writing & creating this album, BUT we have also successfully ignored every request to finish the music on time, so here it is, years later, we love it, so hope you love it too. Better late than never.

Donald Glover says he's not done with music yet 👀 "I still really love making music. [...] I like telling stories. So, like, if I can make something that I'm like, ‘Oh, people should hear this,’ I definitely will put it out.”

Harry on how the album should be listened to “[…] And it became really obvious that it was music that was meant to be played and played loud. So I think everyone's different. The experience is the way that they like to experience music. Like I love listening to it alone in my car. I love listening to music with friends, and I think the album is you can have very different, uh, kind of journeys with it depending on how you listen to it. I love listening to it, like sitting still in headphones and listening to it that way. I love listening to it driving. I love being with friends.” - 102,7 KIIS FM

So what do you do? I film a metapopulation of rare, wild Newts that live in my garden, I sometimes add music and sometimes it makes people smile. As Hobbies go I appreciate it's pretty niche!
