I've used ghee a fair bit in my animal-based life but I was never able to tolerate the taste of it straight from the jar. This Great Ghee product is different. It tastes more like butter than any ghee I have ever used plus it's lab tested for glyphosate, grass fed and made from A2 cows. Ghee is clarified butter with the water and milk solids removed, leaving it almost pure fat. It is a low omega 6 concentration of saturated and monounsaturated fats and has little lactose and casein, which is why many people tolerate it better than butter and it's why it has a very high smoke point. Highly recommend this ghee and it's made by a small business in Virginia.

There's something about design that truly makes me happy. Before I was diagnosed with a complete SCI, I loved building thing with my hands and trying to make them unique and beautiful. The accident didn't just take my mobility, it robbed me of my creative drive. I didn't I would ever get that back that was up until Neuralink came into the picture. I was very serious about applying but just couldn't bring myself to do it. Then Noland Arbaugh comes into the picture and I see his video and I saw how passionate he was toward the whole ide and that was like a switch. I want to thank Noland because if I hadn't seen that video I wouldn't be typing this message with my thoughts. So the day I gained control of the device I had the guys install Autodesk Fusion and the first night I had my first part designed by BCI. I have been designing things non-stop since. Now lets talk tools and the first one is the ArcDroid it is a CNC robot that holds a plasma torch and can cut profiles in sheet metal. I have made numerous signs, letters and parts with this and i love it. I have also had the chance to help the local high school install and setup their CNC plasma table. I love being able to share my knowledge with others and show new technology to kids that want to learn. The next one everybody is more familiar with is the Bambu Lab X1C. It is my first 3D printer and I had no idea how dang handy these things were! I can go from thought, Neuralink, Fusion, X1C and poof! You have your part all in a matter of like a hour. I make everything from parts for my wheelchair or RC ✈ to toys for my nephew. These devices have completely changed my life. I now have my creative outlet back and I'm not done looking for new things to try. I'm thinking a laser next!!!😎 Thank you Elon Musk for the opportunity to showcase my skills, I'm extremely grateful🙏

This is why I don't like to eat out... My last day of vacation so I treated myself to trying to new Bombing Pot Korean BBQ place at the Waterfront. It's a $35 buffet that serves Korean BBQ, house made sushi, build your own soup bowl and they have a buffet bar. It got off to a bad start when I saw my server spray my hot plate grill that I cook on at m table with a canola type spray. I immediately wiped it all off with a napkin after she left. 😂 You order portions from an IPad menu and the bring them to your table… small portions but as many as you like. I ordered ribeye, spicy Korean BBQ, brisket and pork belly for the table grill and the BBQ was the only thing I liked. The other items were bland and unseasoned and they didn't even have salt. I had a little sushi and to be honest, the sushi in the grocery store where I work is much better. The buffet bar had overly sweet kimchi, chicken wings, seafood salad, dim sum and a crab leg type boil with shrimp, mussels, corn and crawfish. There were some other things not really worth mentioning and was the tiniest buffet table I've ever seen. There were no tools to help extricate the crab leg meat and they were terribly overcooked and unappealing. The fact that shrimp wasn't even deveined was the clincher for me. I won't be back.

My birthday is in 20 days from TODAY 14th NOVEMBER🔥💰 My life took a new shift when I joined crypto & Web3 in November 2020, exactly my birthday month. With N340k (naira) COVID-19 loan. Over the period of 5 years, by the Grace of God, I've been able to grow that N340k to billions (naira) in the crypto market. The exciting part of it is the over 5000 young people across 57 countries of the world who have become millionaires and multi-millionnaires in the period of these five years and a millionaire in dollars. With my help lots of people got married to their dream woman and man, started businesses, invested in real estate; house and Landed properties, bought/built houses, got new cars, relocated to thee dream destination country, furthered their education, etc. All Glory to God who made it possible through his Grace & functional wisdom in my life. I won't also leave the part that some people also have lost money following my direction in the Web3 & crypto market especially given the terrible market setback of late 2024 and early 2025. For the first time in 30 years I feel like im going to be heard, and those responsible will face justice. The life long damage this has done to me has been difficult to live with, as ive also lost a baby girl who was forced adopted because the UK social services believed I would never be able to parent because of the damage caused. Imagine, I gave birth and they walked into the delivery room and took her even before the placenta was delivered. UK social services have alot to answer to. Locking us victims up for months at a time to keep us safe....but groomers allowed to roam free. Today my journey for justice really begins. Slide 1: The scuffle was basically over when Wales #7 struck me with an open hand to my chin/neck area, you can see me looking at the Assistant Referee and waiting for a reaction from him (it happened fast and it's understandable that he didn't see it) without reacting yet, I got another pull on my jersey, before I go in with the similar type of action. Slide 2: You can clearly see my first point of contact is against his shoulder with an open hand, just like he did, except he got me on the chin. Another thing worth mentioning, when he struck me, I was standing still with not a lot of movement or players trying to get involved. When I went for the same open hand towards his shoulder, you'll see 2 Welsh players changing the dynamic of the entire picture as well as one of my teammates pulling Wales #7 around his neck away from my hand and where my force is going. Slide 3: Another Camera Angle So why did I post this? To try and show people how everything happened and that it was never intentional. Warning: this story involved a $35,800 transaction, a German wedding, and Lamine Yamal This morning, I woke up and saw a Lamine Yamal /10 Base Prizms Gold NFT for sale on the #PaniniBlockchain for $35,800. I felt that the price was fair and I purchased at 5am. Seconds later, I get a dm from the anonymous seller on Instagram. “Hey this is Brian”. A German guy, few followers. What I learned next is nothing short of f*cking legendary. I’ll let him tell the story from here, and I’ll accompany the epic tale with photo and video proof. Sit down, and buckle up. “Two days before my wedding, the four of us—my best man, my wife, my cousin, and I—went out and bought a few Panini packs together. This weekend my dream came into fruition. And it still doesn’t feel real… I started Earnit Media in late 2023. There were many times when I did the weekly calls completely by myself, nobody would join. I’d sit there for an hour just hoping to hear the Discord join sound. Now I just hosted an irl meet up in Gdańsk with 18 members who’ve flown from all over the world. Shoutout DiPi for getting a 16 hour flight all the way from California. The power of the internet is wild and the opportunities YouTube and short form content have provided is a real blessing. I gave out awards for members that passed milestones like $10K and $100K since joining Earnit and seeing the amount of lives my community has changed in person is an indescribable feeling. The members also got me and my right hand man Ben a very special gift. A custom Earnit belt that was signed by all of them. I’ve been sleeping with it wrapped around my shoulder. It was so cool to see everyone sharing sauce and motivating each other. It doesn’t matter if you’re making 1K, 5K, 10K, 30K a month - everybody benefited from the conversations and provided value. It’s taken a long time to build such a supportive community but man was the effort worth it. I come from a small English town where nobody works online, let alone does YouTube. So to be able to meet like-minded people who understand exactly what you do, have the same sense of urgency + ambition is a rarity and is key for growth. I have no doubt that so many of us are gonna be lifelong friends. I keep telling myself that I’m so grateful and lucky to have been able to do this because I truly have been blessed with the cards life has dealt me and the path I’ve been put on. Cold and flu remedy for the season…. This is one of those old-fashioned remedies I love because it uses ingredients you most likely already have in the kitchen. Slice up a red onion, put in about 4 cups of boiling water, then let it simmer for about 10–15 minutes. Strain the onion out and let the liquid cool down until it’s warm. Then stir in 1 tablespoon raw honey and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Red onion has traditionally been used when dealing with congestion, thick mucus, coughing, and that heavy feeling in the chest and sinuses. The warmth helps loosen everything up, while the onion releases its natural sulfur compounds and plant compounds like quercetin into the water. And if you’re wondering why red onion specifically, red onions are especially rich in quercetin and anthocyanins, the plant pigments that give them that deep red-purple color. Yellow and white onions can still be used, but red onions are a great choice when you have them because of their higher concentration of those beneficial plant compounds. This is also a little different from an onion honey cough syrup. Onion honey syrup is made by letting raw chopped onion sit in honey until it releases its juices, creating a more concentrated syrup you take by the spoonful. That version is especially nice for coating the throat and calming a cough. This warm red onion drink is more of a congestion and throat remedy because you also get the warmth and steam, which can help loosen mucus and make everything feel like it’s moving a little easier.
