I've used ghee a fair bit in my animal-based life but I was never able to tolerate the taste of it straight from the jar. This Great Ghee product is different. It tastes more like butter than any ghee I have ever used plus it's lab tested for glyphosate, grass fed and made from A2 cows. Ghee is clarified butter with the water and milk solids removed, leaving it almost pure fat. It is a low omega 6 concentration of saturated and monounsaturated fats and has little lactose and casein, which is why many people tolerate it better than butter and it's why it has a very high smoke point. Highly recommend this ghee and it's made by a small business in Virginia.

Anomaa Bronii, my daughter in law, called me in the afternoon and said, ‘Mummy, I’m sorry I couldn’t be there today, but what did you cook?’ I said ‘Jollof, kebabs, spare ribs, spicy chicken, fried yam and plantain, goat meat stew, potato salad, lamb chops, Stephanie style, Gizzards and home made bread’. With a burst of excitement, Anomaa chirped, ‘Can you package some food for me?’. I smiled happily and said ‘Of Course, do you want everything?’ She joyously replied ‘Yes please. I’d love a lot more of the gizzard’. I looked in the almost empty gizzard dish and said ‘The girls ate most of that, but I’ll cook a fresh batch for you, don’t worry’. For a few days, JJ and Anomaa will have a feast and Cameron will also be set for the week with plenty of food in his fridge. Both left very happy. Unfortunately, the boys left me with 3 very unhappy, and angry daughters and a husband who were ready to be@t me, for giving all the food to my boys.🫣 Family Sundays is important to me, so when my African cooking brings my children back home, that makes me very happy. My job is done.

And if you do take the time to read this whole post, which of these 10 would you like to try most? Have to start the list with the amazing Pasta ala Presse at Major Food Group’s The Grill in NYC, still my favorite pasta dish in all of NYC The White Truffle Pasta at Orsini in Zurich Roast Chicken at Maison Close in NYC, their wine list isn’t great and they don’t allow corkage, so I haven’t been back, but that chicken was spectacular Caramelized Onion Pizza with Gruyère, Nueske’s Bacon, and Morels, finished with fresh herbs and Maldon’s Salt in our Ooni, my backyard in Connecticut CONIGLIO AL FORNO - roasted rabbit saddle, confit legs and rabbit cappellacci at Santi NYC While service was a major miss, and the duck wasn’t served hot, it was room temperature, the honey lavender duck from three Michelin star Eleven Madison Park in NYC still makes the list, a true testament to how great this dish is… Hand-Dived Scallop with Cafe de Paris Butter at Noble Rot Mayfair in London which I paired with the 2020 Charles Lachaux, Bourgogne Aligote 'Les Champs d'Argent' which was a brilliant match A sphere made from puffed gluten, filled with smoke and topped with cream, a langoustine tartare, almond cream and some osetra caviar at The Alchemist in Copenhagen The A5 Wagyu Sando at NYC’s Sip & Guzzle Chef David’s A5 Wagyu topped with osetra caviar at Cote NYC. Before I even say this just know GOD IS THE GREATEST 🤲🏽 For YEAAAAAARS I mean NOBODY w/ 2 feet has spent the amount of $ I have supporting and pushing a brand I’ve loved since I could remember, I sat front row at EVERY BIG SHOW literally, all the good times it brought to my life to the point when I started making music i incorporated in everything like WU TANG did karate, I made ppl who hated the product watch it again I made it look kool, when at the time ppl thought it was nerdy, I’ve watched that same company sit countless of ppl next to me who’s not even fans fr and act like I didn’t exist, I was threatened to take everything out of my music which I only did to pay homage or my whole catalog would be demolished and everybody knows how hard I worked coming from Buffalo for me to get that threat for just supporting and being a real fan hurted me but I stayed quiet and still like a krazy man sat front row bc I loved the culture, I even just went viral for spending 50k on suites.. on my soul I’ve only been respectful, I tried having conversations with 1 individual bc he’s causing all of these unnecessary cases and tbh he hates seeing a young black successful entrepreneur that could afford those seats and have to watch those chains dance across that screen to the point Monday night raw starts at 8pm I was kicked out by 803 after spending 5k for a seat plus travel, hotel etc…. in my own city for absolutely NOTHING!!!! No lie the kid in me heart broke that day… I put the billboard up that MILLION DOLLAR MAN billboard up which he loves and I wanted to push him in the culture bc he deserves it and to shOW VIRGIL love for the culture I get a letter saying ………: so I said u know what I’m a show love only to the ppl that show love to me from now on… so u don’t have to worry about me pushing that product over there again, and it’s sad bc i still love them but I have my own company 4THROPE and yea we’re the underdogs but we love this shit, it’s not about money, we’re gonna keep pushing culture and I’m honored to have @joshbishop187 on the trilogy cover bc he deserves it for believing in me from day one as my first official wrestler… 🤘🏽🦂❤️🌹 #HEELSHAVEEYES #SUPPORTART

There's something about design that truly makes me happy. Before I was diagnosed with a complete SCI, I loved building thing with my hands and trying to make them unique and beautiful. The accident didn't just take my mobility, it robbed me of my creative drive. I didn't I would ever get that back that was up until Neuralink came into the picture. I was very serious about applying but just couldn't bring myself to do it. Then Noland Arbaugh comes into the picture and I see his video and I saw how passionate he was toward the whole ide and that was like a switch. I want to thank Noland because if I hadn't seen that video I wouldn't be typing this message with my thoughts. So the day I gained control of the device I had the guys install Autodesk Fusion and the first night I had my first part designed by BCI. I have been designing things non-stop since. Now lets talk tools and the first one is the ArcDroid it is a CNC robot that holds a plasma torch and can cut profiles in sheet metal. I have made numerous signs, letters and parts with this and i love it. I have also had the chance to help the local high school install and setup their CNC plasma table. I love being able to share my knowledge with others and show new technology to kids that want to learn. The next one everybody is more familiar with is the Bambu Lab X1C. It is my first 3D printer and I had no idea how dang handy these things were! I can go from thought, Neuralink, Fusion, X1C and poof! You have your part all in a matter of like a hour. I make everything from parts for my wheelchair or RC ✈ to toys for my nephew. These devices have completely changed my life. I now have my creative outlet back and I'm not done looking for new things to try. I'm thinking a laser next!!!😎 Thank you Elon Musk for the opportunity to showcase my skills, I'm extremely grateful🙏

✨ I revived my first AI startup from 6 years ago with Claude Code [ 💡 ] Back then it used GPT-3 (this was 2 years before ChatGPT existed!) to generate new startup ideas which then people can vote on And the best startup ideas rise to the top! Back then I made it because people complained they didn't have any ideas to build a startup This week I moved it to its own VPS and installed Claude Code and told it to fix everything, the DB had become big and there was stupid write operations on every page load that it made it very slow Claude Code is excellent at fixing all those small bugs from old projects and quickly fixing them As Garry Tan says "boil the oceans" as in before I'd not have the time to fix these kinds of projects, it wouldn't be worth it, I mean IdeasAI doesn't even make money, but now it takes me an hour to do this and it works again! I also upgraded GPT-3 to xAI's Grok 4.2 for new startup ideas

My birthday is in 20 days from TODAY 14th NOVEMBER🔥💰 My life took a new shift when I joined crypto & Web3 in November 2020, exactly my birthday month. With N340k (naira) COVID-19 loan. Over the period of 5 years, by the Grace of God, I've been able to grow that N340k to billions (naira) in the crypto market. The exciting part of it is the over 5000 young people across 57 countries of the world who have become millionaires and multi-millionnaires in the period of these five years and a millionaire in dollars. With my help lots of people got married to their dream woman and man, started businesses, invested in real estate; house and Landed properties, bought/built houses, got new cars, relocated to thee dream destination country, furthered their education, etc. All Glory to God who made it possible through his Grace & functional wisdom in my life. I won't also leave the part that some people also have lost money following my direction in the Web3 & crypto market especially given the terrible market setback of late 2024 and early 2025. Which I also lost a huge part of the money I made from the market too running in hundreds of thousands of dollars. Be it as it may, the important thing now is that regardless of the losses, we're still in the market and by God's new and fresh insights, we're making money from the market right now, I've at least made back 20% of the money I lost last year & early this Year combined in the past 3 months trading Binance Alpha TGEs projects & AI narratives. Trusting God to make it all back with at least 10X before the end of 2026. Back to my Birthday🔥💰 I've been reflecting on how I would celebrate my birthday this Year. Just to hint you a bit— I started celebrating my birthday when crypto made me a millionaire in 2021. I celebrated my 2021 birthday in my first ever physical Web3 & Crypto conference I hosted. After I bought my first car, same month. In 2022, I decided to do something different, I organized a family & friends diner party celebration in a hotel. It was an amazingly beautiful seeing people I love & that love me celebrating me. When 2023 birthday came, I needed a breath of something new, so I decided to celebrated my birthday (Giving Back to my online Community) by hosting an X space here on Twitter on my birthday (14th DAY of November) where I did a giveaway of $2k to space participants. When my 2024 birthday came, a thought to try something new flashed, prior before then, I had bought my second car, which happened to be my dream car, and relocated to a new city, traveled to 6 countries thesame 2024 added to a few other countries I have traveled to in 2023 but I needed to celebrate my birthday in another country, so I traveled to Qatar where I celebrated my birthday experiencing a different environment with different people. In 20 days, I will be celebrating my 2025 birthday, although I don't yet know how to celebrate it but I don't want to celebrate it the way I have celebrated other birthdays. As such, the only thought in my mind now is to celebrate it with a dinner date with my girl😚 in Monaco or Paris💰 Not concluded yet, but that's the thought in my mind right now. I reported my abuse in 2010. I decided that day I need to get justice. I drove down to Coventry from Huddersfield, walked into Little park street police station and made my complaint. Over 3 days I did multiple interviews in special units in Coventry and Halifax. I had to take myself back and relive the trauma, and at times I felt I was there again re living everything. Lucky for me all the files from the children's home of the groomers turning up, ringing the unit phones was very well documented in my daily staff logs which are in archive in Coventry city Council buildings for 70 years. Also Coventry Evening Telegraph did a piece on me in 1999. They sent an undercover journalist into my children's home who then reported about the groomers calling us on the units phone and collecting us. The men also made telephone cards with thier numbers on advertising me which were found by the staff. Despite all this this, and hospital reports of some of my attacks 3 or 4 months into the investigation, my case was closed down. I gave up. Now I have hope. All the proof is there. For the first time in 30 years I feel like im going to be heard, and those responsible will face justice. The life long damage this has done to me has been difficult to live with, as ive also lost a baby girl who was forced adopted because the UK social services believed I would never be able to parent because of the damage caused. Imagine, I gave birth and they walked into the delivery room and took her even before the placenta was delivered. UK social services have alot to answer to. Locking us victims up for months at a time to keep us safe....but groomers allowed to roam free. Today my journey for justice really begins. yeyi getting back on your feet after losing everything is not a child's play,it took me 5 years of drought.lalela i would apply for jobs dololo a life coach i couldn't get paying clients. I remember giving free coaching sessions to men everyday for 3 years while having nothing to eat,after the sessions i would cry alone asking God ukuthi why me? Why am i doing the Lord's work but have nothing to show for it. I made a mistake and I'm willing to serve a suspension which I deserve. I don't want young kids who look up to the Springboks to think that it's OK to eye gouge someone, because it's not, but unfortunately mistakes happen and I made a big one for which I'm sorry. But I'd like to answer the question - why did you do such a thing? It was a mistake caused by my reaction and other factors that played a role. Slide 1: The scuffle was basically over when Wales #7 struck me with an open hand to my chin/neck area, you can see me looking at the Assistant Referee and waiting for a reaction from him (it happened fast and it's understandable that he didn't see it) without reacting yet, I got another pull on my jersey, before I go in with the similar type of action. Slide 2: You can clearly see my first point of contact is against his shoulder with an open hand, just like he did, except he got me on the chin. Another thing worth mentioning, when he struck me, I was standing still with not a lot of movement or players trying to get involved. When I went for the same open hand towards his shoulder, you'll see 2 Welsh players changing the dynamic of the entire picture as well as one of my teammates pulling Wales #7 around his neck away from my hand and where my force is going. Slide 3: Another Camera Angle So why did I post this? To try and show people how everything happened and that it was never intentional. I would never do something like this on purpose, I know what the consequences will be after playing rugby for a few years. Thanks to everyone that stood by me and thought the best of me. I'm sorry for letting you and the game down. That was my first red card since I started playing. I want it to be my last. To the people that were angry and upset with my actions, I understand - because it didn't look good on the slow motion replay and hopefully you've got a bit more context now.

This has got to be one of the BEST stories in sports card history, and it happened to me this morning. Warning: this story involved a $35,800 transaction, a German wedding, and Lamine Yamal This morning, I woke up and saw a Lamine Yamal /10 Base Prizms Gold NFT for sale on the #PaniniBlockchain for $35,800. I felt that the price was fair and I purchased at 5am. Seconds later, I get a dm from the anonymous seller on Instagram. “Hey this is Brian”. A German guy, few followers. What I learned next is nothing short of f*cking legendary. I’ll let him tell the story from here, and I’ll accompany the epic tale with photo and video proof. Sit down, and buckle up. “Two days before my wedding, the four of us—my best man, my wife, my cousin, and I—went out and bought a few Panini packs together. Just for fun, we agreed that each of us would keep one pack sealed and save it for the wedding day. The plan was to open them together after the ceremony and see what we got. What made it even more special was that my best man had never opened a trading card pack in his life. It was also my wife's first real experience with the hobby. My cousin and I had opened cards before, but none of us expected anything crazy. Our friend from Prime Collectors was there as well. Since he creates card content, he had his camera rolling the entire time, so every reaction you see in the video is completely genuine. After the ceremony, we all sat down and started opening our packs. My best man went first—nothing special. Then my wife opened hers—a few nice cards, but nothing huge. My cousin was next, and again, nothing out of the ordinary. Then it was my turn. I started going through the cards one by one until I saw a flash of gold. The moment I saw it, I knew it could be something big. When I turned the card over, it was a Lamine Yamal Panini NFT numbered 8/10. For a few seconds, nobody said a word. Then everyone completely lost it. You can hear in the video the exact moment everyone realizes what had just been pulled. Even Prime Collectors, who has seen countless incredible pulls, couldn't believe he had just captured that moment on camera. but honestly, the value wasn't the most important part. This weekend my dream came into fruition. And it still doesn’t feel real… I started Earnit Media in late 2023. There were many times when I did the weekly calls completely by myself, nobody would join. I’d sit there for an hour just hoping to hear the Discord join sound. Now I just hosted an irl meet up in Gdańsk with 18 members who’ve flown from all over the world. Shoutout DiPi for getting a 16 hour flight all the way from California. The power of the internet is wild and the opportunities YouTube and short form content have provided is a real blessing. I gave out awards for members that passed milestones like $10K and $100K since joining Earnit and seeing the amount of lives my community has changed in person is an indescribable feeling. The members also got me and my right hand man Ben a very special gift. A custom Earnit belt that was signed by all of them. I’ve been sleeping with it wrapped around my shoulder. It was so cool to see everyone sharing sauce and motivating each other. It doesn’t matter if you’re making 1K, 5K, 10K, 30K a month - everybody benefited from the conversations and provided value. It’s taken a long time to build such a supportive community but man was the effort worth it. I come from a small English town where nobody works online, let alone does YouTube. So to be able to meet like-minded people who understand exactly what you do, have the same sense of urgency + ambition is a rarity and is key for growth. I have no doubt that so many of us are gonna be lifelong friends. I keep telling myself that I’m so grateful and lucky to have been able to do this because I truly have been blessed with the cards life has dealt me and the path I’ve been put on. I strongly believe my purpose is to change peoples lives in a positive way, so to be told that I’ve done that in person by several people has made me realize that I’m executing my mission well. After 4 years, I travelled by air with Saudia. Honestly, after my personal tragedy I was not willing for travelling or flying. But Saudia made it easier, step by step. From boarding, the crew greeted us with dates, nuts & Zamzam - that small touch of warmth matters a lot. Then came blankets, pillows, headphones… and I was amazed to find WiFi at 35,000 ft. It made the journey less heavy on my heart. Landed at Jeddah Airport and the staff were extra kind to Pakistanis. The airport felt spotless, travel-friendly, full of international brands on sale and yummy food options everywhere. I saw mostly foreigners on transit flights. Sitting so close to “Makkah”, I quietly prayed: Ya Allah, call me here for Umrah and Hajj. In Hajj season, only hujjaj can go to Makkah and Madina. My next flight to Paris was in Saudia’s big Boeing - comfortable, clean, great hospitality. I was impressed again. Riyadh Air has also launched recently. I’m a fan of Saudi Hawks and now super excited to see the new induction of planes with Riyadh Air. Wish them all the best - great to see Saudi aviation growing. Riyadh & Jeddah airports felt women-friendly and safe - that gave me so much peace of mind as a female traveler. In today’s situation, Saudia truly feels like the safest transit option compared to other Gulf airlines. I bought my own tickets - this is not a sponsored post. MY 2025 WRAP (I HAVE A SWEET OFFER AT THE END) I've been seeing the 2025 wraps of some folks since I came on X about 6 hours ago And I felt like my 2025 was a waste, nothing to show Not until I actually sat to reflect on my 2025 and some memories started playing back Turns out that the level I want to get to had blinded me from seeing how far I've come And soooooo here's my 2025 wrap: ★ I didn't start the year 'completely' broke, rather I was having a very heavy measure of anxiety and optimism that nearly made me depressed ★ Paid for more web3 knowledge; Nirvana: KOINOPHOBIA organised by Xeusthegreat (♟,♟) ★ Started taking memecoin trading more seriously. Did 114x on a single token under the mentorship of MrKrabb and I've been progressing since then ★ Erected a borehole in my home town, and also got a generator set for it making my family house the 1st with a private borehole ★ Lost my 1st romantic relationship out of my own ignorance ★ Spent money enough to get my first car on helping people. A thing of joy, 0 regrets ★ Got a small circle of people I could work and have fun with ★ Helped about 5 people make their first $1k at least ★ Found love again ❤️ ★ Furnished my apartment some more, upgraded my renewable energy and upgraded my workspace too Many to say but a few........ AND FOR 2026, MY GOALS ARE: ☆ Get closer to God. Reestablish my relationship with Him. ☆ Expand my horizon; move to a bigger apartment, read more self-improvement books, make more fruitful connections ☆ Build a successful lifelong business with my small circle ☆ Make $100k from memecoin trading ☆ Be of more value to family and friends and as many outsiders that my capacity can carry ☆ Build and attain greater heights with my lover ❤️ ☆ Start documenting my journey here on X The rest are classified!
