Dude this is gold thanks for sharing the sauce 🍝 I’m in San Diego and know this brand many friends do influencing for them in fact they’re at all the run events. I’d like to grab a product in this niche

you might be overthinking it. look at who’s buying your product, make an appealing script that targets them, a good offer, and find a viral organic format in your niche to put your script on top of.

This case study is really well done, and I have a few similar observations. My main takeaway is that D2C brands, especially those in women's Pilates, fitness, and other FOMO-driven categories, are growing significantly faster than most other D2C brands right now. Of course, similar patterns can be found across every category, whether it's D2C for men, homemakers, children, or any other niche. Every market has its own underlying patterns, but many of them are still waiting to be discovered. Personally, I believe that FOMO-driven and community-led markets, especially for certain products, create far more value because they are driven by community rather than just the product itself. Over time, I think this approach consistently outperforms more traditional D2C brands.

Fashion is obviously a strong niche, but the high return rates seem like a pretty big downside. The store you showed has also been around since 2020. Would you still recommend starting a fashion store like this from scratch in 2026?
