I lived in the US for a year back in 2003. Matrix Reloaded came out in May, and the hype around it was seriously insane, beyond imagination. In the movie, the main characters are using this super cool phone, and then in a close-up shot, I spotted the 'Samsung' logo right there on it. It felt absolutely mind-blowing and magical. I came back to Korea full of hope that this thing would actually go on sale worldwide. But later I found out it was only released in the US as a super limited edition of just 5,000 units (or so I heard back then). I was hugely disappointed… but eventually, I tracked one down and bought it from a collector. Even now, looking at it, the design is still so damn cool. I took it to a carrier to try using it for real, but they told me it’s a 2G phone and can’t be used anymore. That was another big letdown, I remember it clearly. Do you guys like the Matrix movies too? I’m a total huge fan!

🐱 when beomgyu hyung first came up, it was during that heavy snow in seoul. i still remember it, we finished the practice late at night and went out, and it was his first time seeing that much snow. he loved it so much 🐱he was jumping around all excited while i kept slipping and just found it annoying since i already saw that much snow many times 🐱so i thought “he really has such a pure soul” 🐱 do you remember, hyung? that time you and i went home together? that time, after late night practice, we went out and had a snowball fight. i remember it so clearly 🧸💬 back then our practice room was in the basement 🧸💬 so when we came up the stairs, snow was piled up and there were yellow streetlights were shining 🧸💬 it was so full of romance 🧸💬 the fact that you remember that is legendary

29.03.2026 💌 #JamesSu #JDSEngsub I believe everyone has those moments where they feel discouraged. I’m just venting, really... I’ll be fine soon, just like every other time. It’s just that I put everything I had into it. I gave it my all but the results didn’t really feel worth the effort. Do you know what I mean? That’s why I’m feeling a bit down. But I’m not backing down yet. There are still so many things I haven’t accomplished. It’s just exhausting sometimes when I’m trying so hard. Everyone probably sees that whenever I do something, I go all out. I live by the motto that this might be my last chance, because we never know if there will be another well for us to drink from in the future. That’s why I’m so focused and dedicated every single time. But when I work myself to exhaustion and the response is just... disappointing, it stings a little. But it’s okay. I’ll get some sleep, find something delicious to eat, and I’ll be back to fight again. Just like I always do.
