This is a mindfuck. The footage looks like the past, but the details give it away as now. Makes me think about how all the old footage we see was just as vivid and real as the world around us now. The past didn’t look “old” to the people living in it.

@Quarktoro1 There's something about Hi-8 footage that looks more real than anything recorded today with even low-level phone cams. You can take the most fucked up video shot in 4K, and it wont have the same visceral feel as the same scene shot on Hi-8. That looks fucks me up.
