The iPad's external display support is underrated. I connected my iPad to a Studio Display and ran Workbench. Now my headless Mac mini (back in Minneapolis) is running full-screen on a 27" display in Ohio. Remote Mac on a Studio Display through an iPad. Pretty wild. 🤯

Using iPad as the only display for Mac mini, wirelessly, is great. But the catch is the trackpad on iPad’s Magic Keyboard won’t work with Sidecar. So I use Siri Remote 1st gen as a sidekick.

VERY COOL!! Thanks jordan for the tip, I can now test my iOS app on web I asked Claude Code to set up serve-sim, a web-based iOS simulator that can stream the iOS app my Claude Code on VPS built live to me, because it's on some Mac Mini in the cloud without even a GUI (it's headless) I cannot actually try it on the Mac itself! Before Claude would make me a page with screenshots but I had no idea how the app felt, now with this it works This is hosted on the Mac Mini via SSH (it shows localhost but it's a tunnel via SSH to the Mac Mini), bit laggy but nice!

Mac Mini is super nice because you can use native iMessage for talking with OpenClaw. The only problem is that it's very expensive and you need to always have your Mac Mini on to run this setup. So I made a plugin to allow anyone on any computer (either Linux, Windows, or Mac) to be able to have access to iMessage natively. Even better, it has access to all of the reactions, triple dot indicator, etc. Check it out and let me know what you think.

while we don’t know for sure if the iPhone mirroring feature will come to the Apple Vision Pro, I sure hope it does. for now, it's available on Mac—i tested it and it's amazing! here’s how you can experience it on your Mac today: 1. make sure both your iPhone and Mac are running the latest beta versions of iOS 18 and macOS Sequoia. 2. position your iPhone near your Mac. 3. an icon titled "iPhone Mirroring" will appear on your Mac's Dock. 4. select the "Continue" button on your Mac. 5. unlock your iPhone when prompted. 6. on your Mac, click the "Get Started" button. 7. with your iPhone locked, open the "iPhone Mirroring" app on your Mac. this feature is a game-changer, and i can’t wait for the day it hopefully comes to the Vision Pro!

i ssh into my mac mini from a beach and watch an AI make me $1000/day in real time the mac mini cost $600 it paid for itself in 14 hours MacBook → Tailscale VPN → German server → Mac Mini OpenClaw agent running 24/7 via LaunchAgent three sub-agents talking to each other: one monitors polymarket, one analyzes data, one executes trades chrome headless with remote debugging - the agent literally sees my browser and clicks buttons it signs orders with my private key via EIP-712 posts to polymarket's CLOB API on polygon yesterday it found weather markets on its own 62 active markets, $3.1M volume it pulled NOAA 7-day forecast through chrome CDP, compared to polymarket odds, spotted 12% mispricing i didn't tell it to do this it just started making money from weather this morning i woke up to a message from the agent: "i want to expand into political markets. twitter API costs $100/month. requesting budget approval from trading profits." i didn't program this it decided on its own that weather isn't enough it's planning its own growth strategy now i'm on my third cocktail watching sunset the agent just closed another trade
