Guess I'll go Team Ranger between FF5's Animals command and the fact Crossbows are just sitting there as an unused weapon class. Which basically puts trailer girl as a red herring since wands were technically done before.

I doubt it's the class and it might just be the character teased in action. They very much moved away from actual pets so if anything it's just you having a bird and the bird just kinda is there like the egis.

No Beastmaster is actually still coming. They did a PLL today. Its one if the most complex things theyve designed tbh You can bring 3 monsters into dungeons with you and control them

It's gotta be a new gun class cuz I heard gunshots after the bird screeching. I was really looking forward for gun based class that is not Machinist who mainly use machines and robots. A pure gunner with the bird would sound epic.

Which would be really funny, as that would still technically count as a legacy job. FF5's Ranger lets you use animals, including falcons, although you don't control what you get. Special dispensation for it being a dedicated aspect of the job, I guess XD
