storytime with kai #2 ⭐️ 🐧 i feel like i’ve told you this before but i have a scar near my chest here 🐧 the reason i got the scar was because…i got hurt really bad when i was a kid and that left a scar 🐧 …just kidding! i do have a scar but i didn’t get it when i was a kid, i got it during ‘run away’ 🐧 it’s actually not a scar, it’s a stretch mark 🐧 as you guys know, in comparison to our debut days, my body suddenly grew starting ‘run away’ 🐧 and because of that, one day when i woke up, i saw that i suddenly got a stretch mark and it actually looked cool so i like this stretch mark 🐧 people usually get stretch marks in strange places but because it was here…i actually didn’t know it was a stretch mark at first, i suddenly got a red scar and it looked as if somebody had scratched me so i was like “did somebody scratch me..?” and it was quite deep so i wondered what it could be and how i found out that it was a stretch mark because my body had grown was…there’s a person in our protocol team who said that he got similar stretch marks 🐧 he said that he used to have a small frame but when he started working out and his body grew bigger, he got stretch marks and i found out what it was through that protocol team member…i found out 2 years after i got it so i was like “that makes sense, i used to have a small frame during our debut and my body suddenly grew during ‘run away’ so that’s why i got the stretch mark, huh?”

Kesha reveals how difficult it was spending nine years in litigation fighting for the rights to her voice, her face, and herself back after signing a record deal at 18. She says that during the litigation, she’d go on tour and perform hit songs, but it was really difficult and lonely because of the anxiety and fear she was living with, saying it felt like she was being punished. “I got found when i was 17 and i signed the record deal at 18 years old. And this record deal signed away the rights to my voice and likeness in perpetuity in the universe. It’s such a weird concept that somebody else can own something that’s coming from inside of my body, like that’s so weird spiritually speaking. And to really be fighting for the rights to my own voice, and my own face, to myself. Like what are we talking about for it to go on and on, nine years is a long time. And there was a lot of support and that support carried me through. Like one tweet could carry me through for months. Like one stranger on Twitter that I should not be on Twitter, but I was and I saw them and like that would carry me for a really long time. It was hard. in this litigation I would go out on tour and I would sing the hit songs and I tried but it was really difficult, complicated, really confusing for me, even like the emotions were so complicated. I was so lonely in how anxious I was and how much fear I had because we're told to speak up and stand up for ourselves and say something, you know, and I felt like why am I getting like punished”

CLIP 1 When I talk about this 30th anniversary, I wrote about my feelings in a note for my new album, SHOOTING MY LOVE. Looking back, there have been so many things that have happened since I was a child—when I first started this career and thought of this as such a special kind of life—to now, when that life has become so natural that it feels like breathing, and has come to make up such a big part of who I am. It’s been such a long journey, and I feel like I’ve finally reached a really wonderful moment in my life. For my 30th anniversary, I feel like I’ve reached a time when I can do something special—not just something I want to do on my own, but something that you can all enjoy and celebrate together with me. It feels like I’ve arrived at a future that is even better than the one I imagined when I was young… Actually, I have to sing after this, so I can’t cry. Really. If I cry, my throat will close up. That’s why, even while watching the congratulatory video earlier, I was trying my best to hold back my emotions, thinking that I could always watch it by myself later. I’m so grateful that I’ve arrived at a future that is even better than the one I imagined as a child. I honestly never imagined this. When I had my very first fan meeting, the ‘Binkan Tour,’ I only sang three songs. I truly never imagined that, just a few years later, I would be here celebrating a day like this in the form of a concert. And I never acted with the expectation of receiving awards. The things I once thought would happen ‘someday’ have been given to me in a way that is far more wonderful than the future I had imagined. So, right now, I’m just incredibly grateful. CLIP 2 I sincerely want to thank everyone who stayed until the very end and shared this time with me. Even though there were so many other performances happening over the weekend, and even though a fireworks festival was drawing a crowd of one million people, you still chose to come and see me. Thank you for making the time for me. And thank you as well to everyone watching this video. How long will I be able to continue being together with BINGOs? When we started BINGO 1st generation, I began it with such a happy heart. But around the time of the 3rd generation, I found myself wondering quite often, ‘How long will I be able to continue this?’ And when we were preparing for BINGO 4th generation this time, I also honestly wondered, ‘When would be the right time for all of us to say goodbye while we’re still happy together?’ Because, you know, I’m getting older, day by day and year by year. Even so, I want to tell all of you how incredibly grateful I am for the love you always send my way. Thinking of all of you, whenever I felt myself becoming a little complacent, I wanted to make sure I would never feel ashamed in front of you. So I pushed myself even harder. That was the kind of year I had, with those moments continuing day after day. I’ve always worked hard, but this year, as I celebrated my 30th anniversary, I was especially grateful to be able to share two projects with you because you wanted to celebrate this milestone with me. And I’ll continue preparing and working hard throughout the rest of this year so that I can share two projects with you next year as well. This universe that we created together, this world called ‘Euniverse’—that may be how this fan concert got its title, but my world will continue to expand. I hope you’ll continue dreaming that dream with me. Nothing more and nothing less—I just hope you’ll keep the same feelings you have now for a long, long time. And finally, Mom, Dad, and Oppa, thank you. Ever since I began living a life that was different from everyone else’s, from when I was a child, it was my family who became the foundation that allowed me to grow up well. Thank you so much for coming today. I hope everyone finishes this year well, and let’s meet again next year with happy hearts. Promise me. 🤙

.David Sacks is questioned about the congressional testimony of the Presidents of Harvard, Penn, and MIT and whether students should be able to march around campus chanting phrases like "from the river to the sea" and "intifada"? "I have a very high bar for free speech. So I would allow almost everything. The problem that these university presidents have is that's not their position. They're trying to wrap themselves in the cloak of freedom of speech and academic freedom, but that has not been their practice on campus for many years. On a previous program, we talked about the FIRE survey, which polled students about how free they feel to express opinions on campus. The results were dismal for the Ivy League... And in fact, remember that Harvard got the Blutarsky, a zero point zero. The students there reported that speakers were shouted down, they weren't even invited, and they weren't allowed to continue and finish their speeches. So, Harvard has an abysmal record on freedom of speech. So it's hard to believe the President of Harvard when she claims that she's standing up for freedom of speech. And if you were to apply that same standard to other groups... Imagine if representatives at that hearing had said to the President of Harvard, are you allowed to advocate for genocide of black people or trans people? I mean, would the answer have been the same? I think absolutely not. So the question is, why are Jews being treated differently than these other groups? And I think this all goes back to woke identity politics, where in the woke ideology, certain groups are victim groups, and certain groups are oppressor groups. And if you're in a victim group, you get special protections. And if you're in an oppressor group, then it's just assumed that you can't really suffer discrimination or injustice in that same way. And I think that Jews have basically been put in an oppressor group. They basically are being placed in the same group as all white people. And I think this has come as a great surprise to a lot of donors to these university campuses, who I think we're okay with woke identity politics to some degree when they believed that Jewish people were a potential victim group and that antisemitism was being treated as real. And lo and behold, they found out that no, they're an oppressor group, and they're not protected. And even very explicit cases of antisemitism are not being recognized by these universities. Because, again, it doesn't match up with this woke ideology. It would have been a lot better for a lot of these donors to realize that woke identity politics was a cul de sac. It was something that they should have wanted to avoid participating in. But I think they're now waking up to the realization that in this, again, oppressor-oppressed dichotomy, they're on the wrong side of that." Via The All-In Podcast:

NEW: Father of the 6-year-old boy who was stabbed to death in Kentucky goes scorched earth after the man who killed his son was released from prison *again* after being re-arrested. The father of Logan Tipton previously said he would kill Ronald Exantus if they ever crossed paths after Exantus broke into their home and killed his son. Exantus was released early from prison in 2025 after serving just 10 years for stabbing Tipton in the head. He had been found not guilty by "reason of insanity" in 2018. Just 12 days after being released from prison, he was re-arrested in Florida for not registering as a convicted felon. "Last year, this monster was released from jail due to Kentucky’s mandatory reentry supervision program. He reoffended, and got a pathetic 9 additional months. He is being released today despite the opportunity to hold him in a mental facility," said Kentucky State Rep. TJ Roberts. Dean Tipton is speaking out about Exantus' release on Facebook. "The judge and jury gave this monster a slap on the wrist while handing down a life sentence to my family," he said. "Trying really hard to not let this break me....Ive carried so much over the years since Logan going to be with our Lord. I have woke up everyday, put on my fake a** smile and have carried on with life and literally living through hell." "Today though im having a hard time trying to figure out how to go on with life. Knowing that this monster gets to walk free and live his life, while I lay in this bed and my baby boy is in the grave. This may be my breaking point." Pray for this family.

#SunQian said that Shang Zhitao is basically her being written into the script, also revealed why she couldnt stop crying during proposal scene in #TheEarlySpring BTS and shared a beautiful message for girls who feel insecure in a relationship: “Fall madly in love with yourself.” 🥹 🥹 “When I was reading the script, I found out that she was a girl from Harbin and then there was also the fact that she was a beipiao (t/n: people who leave their hometowns to live and work in Beijing). I honestly felt like… this was basically me being written into the script. I could barely tell the difference between the character and myself because there were so many similarities between us. Sometimes, the only differences were that I came to Beijing a little earlier, started dancing and doing things like that, and started going out on my own in the city earlier” “For the proposal scene, I told Jing-ge, I’ve never been to a wedding before. I’m really not into this kind of thing. I don’t think it’s that interesting. And Jing-ge was like, Really? Actually, if you attended a wedding, you’d probably cry the whole time. I said, No way. That would be way too performative and sentimental. And putting these huge photos of the two people up everywhere? How awkward would that be? Then we started filming Jing-ge’s shots. He said, Shang Zhitao, welcome to the museum of time. And I was just crying uncontrollably. There were photos of her friends, her dog, and then he took out the ring. And the ring was actually our producer’s own ring! after finishing that scene that day, I just felt… it was so beautiful. I thought, I really have to find someone I absolutely love and marry them. “What I want to tell girls is that you need to have a really strong sense of self-worth. You have to truly believe in yourself and think. If every girl could really internalize that and carry it in her heart, she would be able to have a better relationship with herself, find a better kind of love and a better partner. Fall madly in love with yourself. Believe that you’re amazing. Then, when you look at other people, you won’t have to look away. When you talk to someone, you won’t be worrying about whether you look pretty today or thinking. Only when you have enough confidence can you fully bring out your own charm. your presence becomes stronger and reaches further. In a relationship, you won’t constantly be anxious and insecure about whether you’re going to lose the other person.”

This was Taichu’s full confession during the final LUX TOUR confessional in Argentina: “About three or four years ago, I was seeing a guy from Córdoba who was amazing, a diamond. Seriously, he was such a sweetheart, incredible. Up until that point, I couldn’t understand what could possibly go wrong. The problem was that he moved way too slowly, you know? And I’m pretty anxious, I’m like a volcano, much more intense. So, being as anxious as I am, one day I met another guy, a singer, a little more delicate, the kind of guy who’s all about hugs and that whole thing. I looked at him and thought, ‘Wow, this is completely my type.’ A bad boy, huh. A bandit. I knew the guy was, like, a walking red flag, but I was blind. Completely blind. As you can imagine, things with the guy from Córdoba fell apart because, well, I got distracted by the other one. And this bandit, within a week, had already gone from ‘my love’ to ‘the love of my life.’ By the second week, he was already living in my house. Things got very, very intense. And I kept asking myself, ‘Is going this fast going to make us crash into each other one day?’ — And did you guys crash into each other? I stayed with the guy, so. I went on tour and left my house for him to look after. And it wasn’t enough to leave my house with the bandit: I also left my cat with him. And I went on tour, everything was great. When I came back home, I was so excited to see my great love again. You come back from tour, open the door, and you’re filled with all that excitement of seeing your love again. Except when I got home, I found clothes that weren’t mine. In my own house. For you, what’s the worst piece of clothing you could find in your house that wasn’t yours? — A thong. — Bingo! Listen, because this guy managed to turn the whole situation around on me like a champion. He said, ‘No, it belongs to your friend who came to stay for a few days. It must be my friend’s girlfriend’s, she came and stayed here.’ I was naive and completely blind, and I believed him. I really believed him! To this day, I still wonder: how did this guy, being so jealous and possessive, have the nerve to do that and then violate my most intimate space? — And what did you do, Taichu? What did you say to him? — Imagine! I kicked him out, obviously. How could I not throw him out when he brought another woman into my own bed? But, thinking about it, you really should have stayed with the guy from Córdoba, girl. What did he do again? Let’s see, what did the guy from Córdoba do for a living? He was an artist, very dedicated, he had a job too, you know? — Sí, on the back. — On the back. No, I would’ve stayed with that one. Ah, with the artist from Córdoba! Because I think that with the artist from Córdoba, you found a diamond, but you chose to stay with a perla. — Uff, no, no, no, no, no, look… — Oh, no, that’s true. Who hasn’t been through that?”

Samuel L. Jackson explains how he landed the role of Jules in Pulp Fiction, and what it was like seeing the film for the first time on the big screen: “Pulp Fiction and I came together in a very strange kind of way. I remember auditioning for Quentin for Reservoir Dogs in New York (for the role of of Detective Jim Holdaway, Mr. Orange’s police contact). And apparently I didn't get that role. But I was at Sundance the year that he screened it for the first time. I was sitting there and I watched that movie - I was awed by it. I mean, there were people running up the aisles when Michael Madsen was cutting the cop's ear off. People were going, "Oh my God, this is horrible!" All these “auteurs” were running out of the theatre. I was like, "This is good. This is happening. This is different." So after the film, I walked up to Quentin and said, "This film's amazing, man. It's great." And he looked at me and said, "Hey! How'd you like the guy who got your part?" And I was amazed that he even remembered who I was - but he remembered me. A year or so later, I got a phone call saying Quentin Tarantino wants to have dinner with you, because he'd seen Jungle Fever and he liked that Gator character. When we had dinner, we were sitting there talking. We started talking about Hong Kong films and cartoons and foreign movies and obscure things that we watched, horror movies. We found out we liked the same kind of stuff. And he told me he was writing this thing, and he was writing this part with me in mind. He was going to send it to me. I went off to do another film. I was in the backwoods of Virginia somewhere doing a film, and the script came. A little plain brown wrapper from Jersey Films. And Jersey's got these gangster images on the logo. And it said, "If you show this script to anybody, two guys named Ernie and Luigi will come and break both of your legs." Whatever. I went, "Yeah, right." So I sat down and read it. Boom. I read this thing. It's like, "Oh my God. This is awesome." And then I said to myself, "Nobody writes a script this good. There's no way that this script is as good as I thought it was." I closed it. I opened it again. I read it immediately. Okay. This is great - If whoever produces this film lets him shoot exactly what I just read, if they stay away from it, they don't try to edit any of this stuff out - this is going to be a great film. It's going to be kind of audience-specific, because I like that kind of stuff. I have friends that I knew would like it. It was a generational kind of film. I never thought it would cross over and do all this stuff. We shot it. We had a great time doing it. And the first time I actually saw the film was at the Cannes Film Festival. That night, it screened, and I was sitting there watching the film. The audience was loving this movie, loving it. About halfway through, I realized there were subtitles at the bottom of it. So I said, "Hey, these people are reading it, and they're getting it. This might be special. This really might be something special." And actually, by the time it was over, there were tears running down my face. I was just so pleased that I was part of that particular film… I never felt that satisfied, and that kind of full about a performance and about being part of something as I was in that particular moment.” Quote comes from an Interview with the American Film Institute 2010

I've gone out of my way not to talk about Chase Oliver, good or bad. I wanted him to sink or swim on his own merits. Now that the results are in, I think it's fair that I give my thoughts. Just for tactical purposes moving forward. He will not surpass 600K votes. Here's why: 1. A 3rd party bid is primarily valuable in terms of messaging. He declined Timcast and POTP with Dave Smith. Both enormous audiences with highly persuadable likely voters. I assume he declined because he thought the interviews could be contentious. Huge mistake. If you can't take our ideas into even semi hostile environments, you have no business being in politics at all. He proceeded to do no media that even approached the reach of either of these shows. Game over. 2. Most libertarians are not woke. We are individualists. We reject collectivist oppressed versus oppressor narratives. Running woke candidates is a dead end. Particularly now. The delegates chose him as their candidate. I hope they will reflect on that choice. 3. Blue pilled libertarians are useless in national politics. Ron Paul didn't wake people up or gain notoriety by telling people about the housing crisis two years after it happened. He did it by warning them 5 years before it happened. Chase was all in on the covid hysteria for many years. People thought I was attempting to shame him when I asked about his Vax status. Wrong. I was challenging his ability to see thru propaganda. To know things in advance of the public. Can he warn them? The answer is no, he can't. He carried this same blue pilled analysis into the transing kids phenomena. Going so far as to advocate for state funded sex changes for prisoners under the guise of "health care". He chose the woke answer over the right answer. In large part because he doesn't think for himself. He doesn't do his own research. He follows the crowd. Again, useless as a 3rd party candidate. Better suited to the democrat party, just being honest. 4. Instead of accepting feedback about his bad ideas, from his constituents no less, he shielded himself with claims of homophobia and bigotry. Woke 101: I'm not wrong, I'm a victim. Useless. 5. Lastly, as a consequence of his blue pilled worldview, he offered very little in the way of attention grabbing ideas. Can you wake people up while being cautious? Not really. Ron Paul got booed when he courageously educated Rudy Giuliani about blowback during the 08' GOP debates. Didn't matter. He was right. He woke up millions as to the horrors of our warfare state as a consequence. That's how legends are made. Take the boos, tell the truth. Fck the consequences. That's how you shake people awake. I don't hate Chase Oliver. I love libertarian ideas. I want someone who can deliver our ideas in a way that ignites a fire, the way Ron Paul did. He couldn't do that, he never could. I told you that 9 months ago. Not because he's a bad person, because he has bad ideas. You can get mad at me for telling you the truth. It doesn't matter. Someone needed to. Chase Oliver proudly rejected Ron Paul so the libertarians rejected him. If that fact surprises you even slightly then you have no business being in the libertarian party. Onward.

Caller (Holly): "...to my husband, after basically tell him in a loving way that I really don't care what his dreams and aspirations are, that I really just need him to get a better job." John Delony: "Oh, fantastic! This is incredible." Host (Rachel Cruze): "Oh." John Delony: "Okay, dig in. How..." John Delony: "I don't care! Like, this is a wife that's at the end of her rope!" Rachel Cruze: "No, she's resolved. She's really resolved. That's all I was going to say, Holly knows." John Delony: "I love it! This is a wife at the end of her rope. 'I don't care what your stupid dreams are, I don't care when you think the Avon sale is going to finally come through...'" Rachel Cruze: "You just need to..." John Delony: "...you just need to make money! We're hungry! So yeah, tell us where you're at." Holly: "Okay, so we've been married for 17 years, and we have five kids and another one on the way." Rachel Cruze: "Oh, wow." Holly: "First 10 years, he was active duty in the military. That was really, really hard on our relationship, and we made choices. He chose to get out because our family is more important, and that stability is more important. And we made choices like I gave up my career I'm a preschool teacher by trade and I gave that up to be with our kids, and we..." Holly: "...I just, he's underemployed. He's working like..." Rachel Cruze: "Yeah, what's his situation now, job-wise?" Holly: "He took a job that guarantees him 30 hours a week as a school bus driver. He has two degrees that we already did the hard work of getting, like, he got those since we've been married." Rachel Cruze: "Right." Holly: "And he got his higher degree..." John Delony: "How is he supporting five kids, one on the way, with being a bus driver?" Holly: "Um, it's really hard. He does get some disability, um, but it's not like complete or anything. And then..." Rachel Cruze: "And Holly, is his mindset like he's happy because he has time with the family, it's not that much, 'I'm not stressed,' and all of that? Or is he, does he feel undervaluing at all? Like, is he looking or talking about other things?" Holly: "He's such a sweetheart. I think he really likes what he does, and he loves working with the people he works with. He's job-hopped, he's experienced a lot of job loss since he left the military, and he finally has found a job that he really likes, where the people really seem to appreciate him." Holly: "But it doesn't make up for the fact that he's underpaid. And we're hustling. We're on Baby Step 2, we're like really working the debt snowball to the best of our ability. I have been working like 50 hours a week trying to open my own daycare, which didn't go well because of other things." Holly: "But I've been working and bringing in as much as I can. And..." John Delony: "So..." Holly: "...the problem is that all these side hustles brought our income up to the point where we're bringing in almost $10,000 a month. But I'm due soon, and most of my students have left because of my pregnancy..." Rachel Cruze: "Mm-hmm." Holly: "...which is understandable." Rachel Cruze: "Well yeah, and you're working so much to make that, versus having a 40-hour-a-week job where you're making $80k or whatever it is."

I've been seeing a lot of talk about how CM 15 is "The worst CM to date" and really just general negativity around the state of this CM. I wanted to give my perspective as someone who has felt this is most fun CM in recent memory, using what people would generally consider one of the worst strategies. I know this won't apply to everyone and RNG factors in a lot, but I still think it's good to have the discussion. I started this CM originally with my usual plan on a Medium track around Late OG Nice Nature and double dom debuffers. The plan was to C4 velo bomb with unique and shadow break, using Dober, Red-Shift and Nimble to accel. I used my usual setup Front/Pace/Late, to give Natie the best opportunity to hit Nimble and overtake. While doing practice rooms, I found 2 things. 1) Natie was unable to get into position a lot of the time due to high front lobby composition. 2) When putting my Debuffers at end instead, Natie would have no one to overtake. Now don't get me wrong, she won sometimes but it was clear that every variation I was trying would not be able to catch up with a front or XOguri. So that left me with a problem. How do I close that 3-4 length gap? After talking with some of my knowledgeable friends, there was one mechanic I had mostly written off due to the environment. Dueling. I've always been an avid enjoyer and user of Dueling but really underestimated its power here. The clip on this post shows just how insane Dueling can be on this CM. It's more powerful than double dom for backliners. Now how you force duel to work in your favor? The best answer, a second ace. I know for a lot of solo ace players this is a non-starter, but I feel for this CM as a backliner, Dueling is the best weapon we have to win. And having a second ace drastically increases your chances to duel with each other, giving you the power you need to catch up. The second piece to the puzzle was going back to my CM7 roots and stacking final straight velocity. Normally you have to stack a lot of mid game to keep up with the pack to stay in position, but I felt that saccing a small bit of it for more late game velocity had more value. There's also probably my favorite skill this CM, It's On. This skill along with good pace up from high Wit really handled a lot of my issues. Keeping a front debuffer that would fall back in the mid game gave me almost a full guaranteed proc of It's On every race. These changes to my team saw so much success in practice lobbies, it was pretty insane to see. I was able to win almost every variation of lobby composition that is common this CM. The only one that would always be the toughest is a full front lobby. Most of my races here would be losses as both Natie and Muteki would not be able to get into a good position to hit Dober/Red-Shift. I will say I have been extremely lucky in my lobby rolls this CM to have very few of them. I've also had a few wins even in those high front lobbies despite the odds being against me. Being able to solve this puzzle to best of my ability was very fun and to see the results has been awesome. My main takeaway would be is, if you have another Oshi outside of your main one that you've always wanted to race but didn't because you were doing solo oshi, give duo oshi a shot. You might find something new that you really enjoy. It's really awesome to watch both of my favorite umas win races😊
