I watched Robot on the Road and honestly I did not really know what to expect going in At the beginning it just feels like a pretty normal little road trip setup with this robot hitchhiking around Japan and it almost gives off a chill slice of life vibe But it does not stay like that for long The more it goes on the more you realize the robot is doing some really questionable stuff and the way it focuses on women without their consent makes the whole thing feel really uncomfortable By the end I was not really sure if I was supposed to find it funny or just feel weird about it Overall it feels like one of those shorts that tries to mix dark humor with awkward situations but it mostly just ends up being unsettling

A half eaten apple, the cross that was placed on their clothes, and their name that was finally carved together. #TicketToHeavenEP4 ☆ That apple reminds me of the apple in Adam and Eve story. It's like a symbolic way of how they gave in to something that was considered as 'forbidden' ☆ The cross. I saw the hesitation in Tanrak's eyes when he took it off. It didn't feel like he removed it simply because he was afraid of losing it. Instead, it was as if guilt was gnawing at him, like if he kept it on, he would feel the heavy weight of God watching him. Taking it off was like the choice to let go of that guilt and judgment ☆ The names on the tree. Carving their names into the tree feels like their permanent vow. As if a physical mark that Tanrak chose Barth, for now. I asked Leslie Iwerks about her favorite scene in 'Disneyland Handcrafted,' and she pointed to a moment showing workers pulling the Mark Twain that captures both the difficulty of building Disneyland and Walt's determination to make it happen. "My favorite scene is the guys pulling the Mark Twain. Who knows exactly what the issue was, but they were all trying to pull it, and it's a little symbolic scene of just how hard it was and how hard they worked and their teamwork. Also the fact that they were up against all odds. Everyone doubted this could happen, but they were all saying it was an exciting time because Walt willed it to happen. He told everybody it could happen and that they had never done this before, but they could do it. And so it all gave them confidence that they could pull it off, and they all mobilized under Walt's singular vision to get it done. And I think that scene to me is emotional to me because I just feel like it symbolizes the teamwork."
