Use Aerator in your lawn, it will make small holes, fill them with fine compost. It will keep the moisture, air and lawn will be lush green. In pictures my lawn in Karachi and Aerator. If aerator is not available locally can use something spiky.

Also look for products if available in Karachi that keep grass green. Similarly

Don't mow it too fine. Keep the grass a little longer.

You are cutting it too short. Adjust your lawn mower height to a higher setting. With low settings you are burning the grass which makes it dry and yellow.
