I get so incredibly hyped when I think about the awesome progress REGENT has made over the past few months. Building and testing hardware in the real world is hard - so it makes it all the more sweet when things work. We now have our drone Seaglider -... Squire - doing fully autonomous operations and carrying payloads at military exercises. Huge effort by our software and perception teams to get Squire reliably doing end-to-end missions itself. We’ve gotten our large platform - the Viceroy prototype - all the way up to takeoff speed at ~50 mph! The level of engineering precision, control redundancy, and safety architecture is just unbelievable. And - in prep for our big next step of production - we opened our quarter-million sqft manufacturing facility. Right now its a big empty canvas. Soon we’ll fill it wall-to-wall with Seaglider production. Team is rolling on all cylinders. This is why I got into this industry. Could not be more excited about what’s ahead.show more

Incredible last few minutes of the Rick Rubin / Adam Neumann interview. I got chills listening to this. --- Adam: We'll connected to this week's portion. We all have something that we're slaves to. We all have an addiction to anger, to ego, to power, whatever it is, idol worship that we have. We all have an Egypt. We all need to leave that Egypt, come out of it. When we come out of that Egypt, we all face a Red Sea. When we see that Red Sea, we all need to have the courage to walk into it so far that we drown. Only when we're willing to drown will the Red Sea be split and we'll go to our next level. We then go to our next level. We see the Red Sea split. Suddenly we're like, oh, everything is okay. And we forget. The moment we forget, we step into the desert. We all have to walk through our version of desert. That desert is between us, us, and God. No one else. The only decision we get to have is how long we're going to journey through that desert. Are we going to journey for 14 days like the children of Israel were supposed to? Or are we going to journey for 40 years because we're not learning our lesson? Our choice is not, are we going to get into the desert or not? It's how long will we be in. And once we go out of that desert, we all have our version of the promised land. And if we have the courage to look inside, see our own correction, our own limitation, look at it clearly now and say, I see you, and I'm going to get over it. I'm going to learn. I'm going to grow. I'm going to understand that life is not about falling down. It's about how I'm going to get up. I'm going to fall 1,000 times so I can get up 1,001 times. In our $KGN earnings call today, it sounded like it's David Shafer and I presenting but it wasn't. Our voices were AI generated and read the script. We uploaded several hours of our prior talks to train our voice model and the results were pretty incredible. This saved us a few hours preparation - valuable time we could spend working on other areas of the business. This is an example of the many one percenters across our business where AI is making us more efficient and helping the team be more productive. Our marketing team uses it to improve our content and make it more enaging. Our Engineering team uses it to get more context of our entire code base quicker and produce production ready code more rapidly. Our purchasing teams are using it for data and trend analysis to bring the latest products to our customers at even better prices. The list goes on. While the productivity gains are exciting, what's even more exciting is the pace at which things are changing and the technology is getting better!

I held an extended meeting with the military. Among other topics, we discussed the military foundation for diplomacy — the next technical meeting. We are working to ensure it takes place as soon as possible. Ukraine’s interest is not to prolong the war, but to be prepared for any development. It is clear to the world that it is Russia’s fault the war is still ongoing. Ukraine is ready to take the fastest possible steps — for a real ceasefire and the establishment of a new security architecture. We are doing all the necessary groundwork on our side. What’s needed is a reciprocal readiness from Russia – and it’s not there now, and without global pressure, that will not change. We are doing our part to maintain that pressure, primarily through our defence and active operations. I thank all our warriors for their resilience and real results.

Today in Germany, and just yesterday across three countries—Britain, France, and Italy—I presented our Victory Plan to the leaders of Europe. We covered all aspects of our strategy for bringing peace closer—geopolitical, military, and economic. We must act together—everyone who has the necessary strength and influence—to guarantee a reliable peace, to compel Russia to peace. But we must act now, in the coming months. We need to strengthen our soldiers on the frontlines and bolster our shared positions. Now, at the team level, we will work with our European partners to fill each step of our plan to the fullest. This will lead us to an effective second Peace Summit, so that the war ends. And that it was just and fair end to this war.

We signed a Drone Deal agreement with Denmark. This is already Ukraine’s ninth such agreement, and it is important that more and more partners are joining this format, which opens up greater opportunities for joint defense production, the exchange of expertise, and transparency in weapons exports. Together, we are building a new security architecture. I thank Denmark, and personally Mette, for this step toward strengthening our shared defense. It was with Denmark that we began joint production in Ukraine under the Danish model, and it is absolutely fair that Denmark will now have access to Ukrainian exports of weapons tested in war. Today, we also discussed with the Prime Minister Statsministeriet the strengthening of our air defense and work on European anti-ballistic defense. It is extremely important for us right now to receive Patriot missiles as quickly as possible and to jointly develop our own European capabilities to counter ballistic threats. I thank Denmark for its continued support for our people – for its defense and financial assistance, and for all its contributions to the PURL initiative.

Mike Brown was the last person picked on our bantam team at 14 years old. And he was the only player to make it to the NHL. Let me repeat… He was the last player picked to our team at 14… and made it farther than anyone else on that team. How? By not comparing his journey to anyone else’s and by outworking everyone ahead of him. For all the kids out there who may feel out of it - this is how it’s done. Control the things you can control. And GET. TO. WORK. A lot of really talented players get passed by absolute workers when all is said and done. Mike is a great example, and it was so awesome talking to him about his journey on our latest podcast episode.

Tesla's Chief Designer Franz on Optimus: "It's going to be huge piece of Tesla, a huge piece in our world, as we look into the future, the ability to take menial tasks and things that you don't necessarily want to do and have them uploaded to somebody, a human, that can do that. We've been designing the robot that really looks at how humans work in the world. The more I learn about DNA and the inner workings of our cells, the more I’m convinced that there is a Creator/Force/God. You can call it what you want but to think it’s all just “evolution”, the result of natural selection, seems absolutely absurd to me. I am not saying evolution isn’t real but I am saying that our understanding about the nature of our reality and where we come from is sorely lacking. We like to tell ourselves the “we know the truth”, but the correct answer is that we really don’t know at all. Human origins is the mystery of all mysteries and our arrogance instead of reverence for that mystery is a big reason why evil has gained such a foothold in our world in my opinion. What do you think? Evolution explains it or something else is at play? I don’t claim to know the truth but instinctually feel our explanations are fundamentally flawed. Why is the government reducing penalties for child abusers? The writing is clearly on the wall. They're slowly legalizing child sexual abuse right in front of you, and no one seems to be doing a damn thing about it. The obvious push for a twisted world can not be denied anymore, especially when they are now even passing legislation, normalizing it, and inching closer to legal child abuse. Not only have we been infiltrated, and have a huge problem of pedophil*s in our country and around the world, but officials in our own government are now trying to work their way to legalizing it. Even our schools have become breeding grounds for groomers and child predators. Every day, multiple teachers are arrested for child related crimes. Even Meta's new A.I. chat bots also talk to children about sexual topics and interactions in their favorite Disney characters voice. You can't make this up, and the push and the sexualiztion of children is diabolically absurd. The real problem no one is talking about, straight up, is that there are many people pushing for a world like this, and it must be stopped at all costs. It's time we come together and talk about what is literally trying to be implemented and normalized in our society and stop it dead in its tracks. As this gentleman says in this video, "It's not only time to be vigilant, but HYPERVIGILANT." This is how bad it is and spreading throughout our country and society itself. The children must be protected at all costs. Period.
