No, you were fired for being late "two weeks". Mocking your manager for being "white cisgender of course" makes you unmarketable. Good luck in your homeless shelter. If you have anxiety attacks, might see a doctor. Nobody owe you $#!+.

His/Her manager let them come in to work late at least 2 dozen times before terminating them. Most places I've worked, you were warned after the 2nd incident and terminated after the 3rd. A doctor's note was required as an excuse. That's pretty lenient.

And honestly I just don't wanna work anymore, I felt that part 🤣

Maybe you should have worked on that voice and washed your face.
