I got the itis

Feel better! Strangely I would normally get it 2x year but haven’t had it since spring 2020 the height of Covid mask wearing. Anyone who says masks do t work is a lie. I think it gave my immune system time to reset.

Drink little sips of warm water. I know it sounds strange but it really works! I learned this trick from an old Jewish boss of mine. It rehydrates the body and soothes the throat. Oh and mint especially peppermint actually helps clear a stuffy nose. Hope you feel better soon. 😉

Sorry you're not feeling well! I used to get bronchitis a LOT when I lived up north. I use Olbas oil to ease some symptoms, works better than Vick's! Helps w that painful chest feeling, headache, sinuses. Hope you feel better soon!

I got a form of this last week.. missed my moms 90th birthday party,, but couldnt share this with her friends .. one thing I learned is to not get sick on a long weekend..
