Not legit. CPA here. You shouldn't take tax advice from scaney looking dudes on the internet who look like they're only a couple years clean.

Grok’s thoughts on the matter.

If this video teaches you anything, it should be that tax rules, tax codes, tax acts, tax loop holes, tax enforcement, accountants and the entire concept of tax as a whole is fictitious, arbitrary, deliberately convoluted, not based on any natural or divine law, designed to confuse, control, distort, manipulate, dictate and steal your free will and energy. Your acquiescence and compliance is the oil that keeps the cogs turning.

You can't flow personal income this way. He's not talking about tax evasion. He's saying if you have a legitimate business making serious money (6 figures net) it's dumb to pay personal taxes on that. This is precisely how small companies making millions limit owner taxes.

I just wanna find a CPA who distrusts the government as much as I do, and helps me legally pay as LITTLE as possible.

I’d have to ask my CPA but he’s as anti government as me so I assume he would have me in on this if it was legit without it raising red flags with the IRS. I operate a few LLC’s and manage to not pay much income tax.

#1. Trust tax rates are higher. So if you follow this "advice," congratulations your tax bill just went up. #2....

I’d steer clear of schemes to evade taxes. If there isn’t already a court case on the subject, you may get one named after you.

My business partner, attorney, says this is bullshit. Trusts file a tax return just like any other entity, if it makes income, it pays taxes. Bottom line, it’s probably fine till you get audited.

🚫 False. Income is taxed in the year it’s earned, either: •To the trust, or •To the beneficiary There is no third option. ⸻ When a non-grantor trust does make sense tax-wise •High-income beneficiaries → controlled distributions •State tax planning (e.g., no-tax trust jurisdictions) •Estate tax reduction •Asset protection •Medicaid / long-term care planning •Special needs planning 👉 Income tax deferral is not the primary benefit. ⸻ Bottom line A non-grantor irrevocable spendthrift trust cannot defer income taxes on all its income. It can: •Shift taxation •Control timing of distributions •Protect assets •Optimize who pays the tax

dude's a moron... LLC owners take owner draws after business pays taxes on its profit... it's "non taxed" as an owner Income it's called a draw. This dude LITERALLY knows nothing about actual tax law except illegal activity... Do not follow this advice.

My accountant says for handyman business and small businesses yes, not recommended for other applications.

I’m not taking any advice from someone openly calling it a “limited liability CORPORATION”. The C stands for company if you are wondering.

Notice he says "defer" multiple times. Eventually, those taxes must be paid. And if the IRS discovers/determines that you were using this "trust" inappropriately for tax reasons, you are most likely gonna get hit with back taxes and penalties. There is no magic here, only risk.

That does warrant further research

Trust distributions to beneficiaries are still taxed as personal income There are legal ways to avoid taxes altogether without going through all of this nonsense. Learn for free with us (although we recommend you to read one book for clarity) DM me if interested

Nothing is as simple as this sounds. First a business owner has to pay themselves a reasonable salary. Next if the trust owns the business it has to pay tax on the net profit, at a rate that quickly goes to 40%. This sounds like far more trouble than it is worth.

LLC is self employment income subject to 15.3% SE tax & then you get taxed on the net income at your personal income tax rate. IRS does disclose this is double taxation, but it’s buried until you look for the legit alternative: S-Corporation Tax Status Small businesses get hosed on taxes as a basic LLC. S-Corp that pays salary to the owner eliminates double taxation. (Other benefits too) Idk about this trust strategy. He repeats tax is deferred-until when & then what? Not a CPA. Small Biz tax preparer for small businesses. SCorp strategy won’t eliminate income taxes but does keep it to a minimum if it’s done right.

The laws pushed onto us aren’t our inherent rights, we agree by ignorance and participation.

Never take a man seriously with flat billed hat!

I have questions about this🤔

IF one does not know the strict IRS meaning of the word: "derivative", HOW can one hope to comprehend the strict IRS meaning of the term: "gross income"? 🧐

The key word in this entire video: Defer. Beware folks. Talk to a licensed CPA

@beyond_broke Sounds familiar ...

Deferring to ??? I am familiar with trusts including spendthrift trust. Trusts are required to file annual taxes and trusts are taxed at a higher rate than individuals. Pray tell whence are you deferring those taxes to? To your death at which point the trust must pay all of the deferred taxes? Thereby reducing your beneficiaries inheritance?

This guy launched a Token $FTMX... It rugged!

This guy has been giving bad advice for years. The IRS will get him eventually… And then all his clients who pay 10-20k for his special “trusts” to avoid taxes will be audited.

Nobody is taking tax tips from someone that wears their hat like that.

Limited Liability “Corporation”; yeah, he lost me right there. I can tell you he’s done about 10 minutes worth of research. Follow his advice at your own peril…

This is absolute BS. Trust will pay taxes at higher rates than you do. Also this is on IRS radar as a tax avoidance scam. It may not be today but eventually they will challenge with interest and penalties as well. Good luck in tax court!

No one ever question the insanity of this complex system and question how the majority, poor, are getting f'ed in the butt? The innocents are losing here and this game is screwing everyone. How about making it simple and fair, across the board?

Do It! We need more people in jail..... less competition out here!

@Grok, is this true and/or accurate ? If not, why? Please be as thorough and detailed as possible in both your research and response.

the trust will have a higher tax rate than you will as a person
