Hell yes! Just turned 50 in July and I’m still lifting and on the mats most days of the week. Shout out to all the dudes over 50 that are holding down a job, being a husband and father, dealing with life and still finding time to grind it out at the gym each day.

Even as a Kid, you could tell when a cartoon was animated in Japan. You'd watch something like Tiny Toons, & suddenly the animation quality would skyrocket. I see the stuff TMS did in the 80s &, it's so fluid it makes me wonder how it ended up being made in the first place.

My mum texts me when I stand up to speak in Parliament. She tells me to fix my tie or sort my hair out. A mum’s job is never done! And when I talk about growing up in poverty, she says sorry. Like so many others, my mum lives with guilt, but the fault lies with the politics that failed us. That’s why I speak up: things can be better. I grew up with little, and I want every child in Bournemouth to grow up happy and get on in life.
