@IA_Kelli And people thought I was crazy when I said Gino is primarily the benefactor of getting the best recruits every year,(until Staley) not the 🐐 coach. Maybe he's just Uconn biased, maybe he's delusional or maybe he's just pissed he didn't land Caitlin.

This interview with Dan Patrick will go down as the most disrespectful take on an all time great player in sports history,it will be great for her documentaries in the future 😂 But he’s one of the old gate keepers of womens basketball and she didn’t play for UConn so yeah 🤦♂️

Geno mad is because Clark UConn and Paige

I like how he mentions the oddsmakers has her listed as 3rd or 4th in the MVP race and blames that on the “delusional fanbase” as disrespectful. I mean… the oddsmakers don’t look to a fanbase for their prognostications.

She’s the goat… it’s okay… women’s basketball has never been more popular and never made this much money… be happy for FFS! 🤦♂️

Check out what Nick Wright had to say on Geno and all this. He absolutely nailed it. Maybe Geno has since said something else and I haven't heard it but I don't know. But this is a pretty bad look to be saying about a player that didn't even play for him.

Geno's just salty because she came from Iowa and not UConn. Oh well. I'm proud to be part of the delusional fanbase.

Which reporter will be brave enough to confront Geno directly 🤣 Zero chance he walks any of his statements back. Arrogance

I'm just sayin. There's bad takes, and then there's what geno did. He went out of his way to show his ass about her, and us. Even tho the record didn't match in the beginning she was still good for 16,5,5. It's not like she looked like she didn't belong.

How much of this shade from Geno emanates from the fact that he never recruited Clark, and therefore is loathe to acknowledge her greatness?
