Imagine w/Gates involved. All foodstuffs engineered. Required vaccinations. Implanted data chip to be a resident. No fucking thank you - everything Gates touches is poison

lol it literally won’t happen because they don’t actually have the water rights to support that many people AND they are in the west part of Phoenix which has the lowest amount of surface water and the aquifers that are being depleted the fastest

There's no construction going on for this right now. He's mistaken Douglas Ranch in Buckeye with Belmont. There's ZERO dirt being moved on Belmont. In fact, it's not even certain that I-11 will run through the area. And EVERY city in AZ is a new city built from nothing.

I'd be more worried about this. Vermaland's Land Sales for Data Centers in ArizonaVermaland, a major Arizona landowner led by CEO Kuldip Verma, has been actively developing and preparing land for data center projects rather than outright sales in recent announcements. Their flagship initiative is the $33 billion "La Osa Project," a massive data center industrial park on 3,300 acres in Pinal County, located south of Eloy along the Greene Canal (between Phoenix and Tucson). This site, adjacent to existing solar projects, is being rezoned for industrial use to support up to 3 gigawatts of power capacity, positioning it as Arizona's largest proposed data center development. A separate 1,700-acre portion of Vermaland's holdings nearby has already secured Industrial-2 zoning for data centers, power plants, and energy storage. While Vermaland hasn't publicly detailed specific sales for these builds as of late 2025, the projects involve partnerships for energy infrastructure and are aimed at attracting tech operators amid Arizona's AI boom. Interestingly, Vermaland's Tonopah holdings are adjacent to Gates' Belmont property, which also envisions data center integration.

It's currently farmland, west of Tonopah, close to PV nuke.

I find this whole water crisis ridiculous, the world is covered majority in water . Look at places like Israel , Dubai , desalination is cost effective now , we have pipelines for oil , they can and will easily do the same for water when it’s actually needed .

The real goal: Move enough leftists into the TechnoCuck city to dilute the Arizona Conservative Majority.

Don’t believe everything you see online. There has been ZERO new developments on this project except that a realtor decided to post about it. But it will happen eventually.

FYI, residential water use is TINY. Agriculture and industrial are the two main users of water.

Lemme guess, limited to no personal transportation allowed. Mass transit, bikes and scooters for everyone. That said, if people want to live in scratch built cities like that, fine by me. But pls stop trying to force fit that theme everywhere.
