Acid dipped my 1967 fastback. Came out like Swiss cheese. 🧀

Me the moment he started pressure washing:

Im surprised you can lift a vehicle from those spots without damaging it

That's a lot of work when sandblasting exists

Thats a 1966 Chevelle

Now this is the Only Way to rebuild a Vehicle from the Frame and Body up. Outstanding Craftsmanship

On a sidenote, absolutely love my turbo nozzle on the pressure washer

That was AMAZING!!!!

That body was actually in really good shape prior to the alkaline &vacid baths.

where is the rest of this story?

Saw the roger rabbit toy and instantly thought of "the dip".

What kind of acid? And base? Sorry I’m a nerd and want to know these things🤓

What's his YouTube?

This is so rewarding to see

Where does all the schmutz go

Clear coat it! Bare metal beauty

That's cool!

Shoudn't you wear a mask in this environment?

Just a little GTO waaa waa waaa..

Is that a 67 chervil

that green tank doing more work than some mechanics i know

At least give the content owner some credit when you steal his video. “Minute of dangle” on youtube.

that things in pretty good shape besides the rotted piece at the bottom of rear glass seems common with these 70s ish cars. I have a bunch of cars that have this issue. some of them the seal expands some they shrink

the way dip tanks like this are just car surgery but for the whole body at once. no more fighting rusty bolts for a weekend.

Seems washed out

That is a full restoration. When the car is rebuilt better than new it will probably sell for $100,000

That or media blasting/Soda blasting
