Two women are chatting in an office. Woman 1: "I had sex last night, did you?" Woman 2: "Yes." Woman 1: "Was it good?" Woman 2: "No, it was a disaster... my husband came home, ate his dinner in three minutes, got on top of me, finished having sex in five minutes, rolled over and fell asleep in two minutes. How was yours?" Woman 1: "Oh it was amazing! My husband came home and took me out to a romantic dinner. After dinner we walked for an hour. When we came home he lit the candles around the house and we had an hour of foreplay. We then had an hour long session of fantastic sex and afterwards talked for an hour. It was like a fairytale!" At the same time, their husbands are talking at work. Husband 1: "You wanted sex last night, how was it?" Husband 2: "Great. I came home, dinner was on the table, I ate, had sex with my wife and fell asleep. It was great! What about you?" Husband 1: "It was horrible. I came home, there's no dinner because they cut the electricity because I hadn't paid the bill; so I had to take my wife out to dinner which was so expensive that I didn't have money left for a cab. We had to walk home which took an hour - and when we got home I remembered there was no electricity so I had to light candles all over the house! I was so angry that I couldn't get it up for an hour and then I couldn't climax for another hour. After I finally did, I was so aggravated that I couldn't fall asleep and my wife was jabbering away for another hour!"🥰🤣🤣🤣

Travis Kelce says getting kicked off the Cincinnati football team forced him to build better habits and structure into his life “I was extremely fortunate. It wasn’t just my mother and my father. It was all the parents in the community that I grew up in that I felt like I had embarrassed too, the people that really helped me and supported me growing up.” “So many people vouched for me in that situation. My brother being one of them. They told me I had guidelines that I had to go through. What it did is it created routine and structure in my life that I hadn’t taken serious up until that point.” “Once I found that routine, I began to use that in every aspect of my life. I started using it when I watched film. I started using routine when I lifted weights or when I was training. It programmed my mind to find, ‘How can I get better as a person in all these little aspects of life?’” “My barber growing up told me to go look up Carnegie Mellon’s The Last Lecture. It was a beautiful story about how he figured out what mattered to him. It’s not how you achieve your dreams. It’s how you lead your life in the direction and the routine that you set, and how focused you are on the little things. That’s how you achieve everything.” “You don’t focus on the big goal at the end and have all this hope and desire. All that’s good. Everybody has that. But it’s the ones that strategically put it in place every single day.” “When I started to really get into that routine, man, I just took off. Football became so much more fun because I was having so much more success. I wasn’t just banking on my athleticism. I was using my mind to open up things and do things on the football field that I had never been able to do.”

Today I took one full link off my weighted hula hoop waist trainer. That’s not cosmetic. That’s not “just water.” That’s at least a couple inches off my waist in two months. And no, that didn’t come from one magic tool or one perfect week. That came from showing up for myself every single day. Even when I was hurting. Even when I was tired. Even when I was emotional. Even when I had cramps. Even when I felt like I was sucking at everything. I still showed up. Sometimes that looked like walking. Sometimes it looked like swinging that weighted hula hoop. Sometimes it looked like hydration. Sometimes it looked like choosing the right food. Sometimes it looked like resting instead of pushing. All of it counts. All of it matters. This isn’t just about what you eat, even though nutrition is foundational. It’s also about what you think, what you feel, and how you move. It’s about stacking small, boring, repeatable wins. Be persistent. Be annoying about it. Be so reliable to yourself that it becomes predictable. That’s where real change happens. I’ve lost 137 pounds since March 2. I’m still in a weird place learning my body again. But today, on my walk, I got choked up. I started crying. Not because I was sad. Because I felt good. Because I could. Eleven months ago, I couldn’t walk like this. I couldn’t move like this. I couldn’t live like this. And now I can. I am deeply grateful that I chose myself. That I kept showing up even when it wasn’t pretty. That I stayed consistent even when motivation was gone. Carnivore saved me. It healed my body. It healed my mind. It healed my spirit. It healed my soul. And if you’re reading this wondering if you can do it too, you can. You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to keep showing up. 👑❤️ Every single day.
