I had so much respect for Floyd Shivambu , but his ways continue to disappoint me qho 🙆🏽‍♀️, besides him sacrificing me for AFRIKA Mayibuye with no proper DC process like what happened in the MKP with my sister Dudu “Grenade” Zuma-Sambudla and Sbari Nhlamulo Swabihi Ndhlela Ntukulu Wa...

During the AFRIKA Mayibuye consultation process that led to the formation of the Africa Mayibuye Movement Party , one of the proposals put before the collective was that we should not register a new political movement but instead use the same African Renaissance Unity (ARU) that was launched today as the political vehicle. After extensive discussions, the collective resolved to establish the Africa Mayibuye Movement as a new political formation, and King Bryce Mthimkhulu III became one of its founders with their new president now who’s the former first SG of Mayibuye. Funny how the very people who worked so hard to separate me from Floyd Shivambu, plotted to destroy my credibility through character assassination, and dismantled what we built as South Africa’s alternative the AFRIKA Mayibuye are now the very same people launching their own popcorn 🍿 political party today 😂 how ironic. I won’t mention names because they don’t deserve the publicity. Time has already started answering on my behalf, and history has a way of revealing what people try so hard to hide. Politics has a remarkable sense of humour. Some people mistake sabotage for leadership and assume that because they watched the journey, they understand what it takes to build one. Working alongside Floyd Shivambu was one of the greatest honours of my life’s journey. Floyd took me to Parliament and taught me far more than politics. He taught me statecraft, I-leadership, I-governance, I-strategy, institution-building and the discipline required to sustain a movement. As with every political partnership, we had our flaws which is normal, but we never lost sight of the vision. We worked regardless because of the vision and the mission. Politics is bigger than personalities. You don’t have to like everyone you work with maqabane ; you have to be mature enough to serve a common purpose. When organisations allow factions and personal preferences to remove people instead of protecting the mission, they weaken themselves from within. What many never saw was the foundation behind AFRIKA Mayibuye : prayer, fasting, sacrifice, strategic planning and countless hours of work behind closed doors. No matter what , one thing will never change: my gratitude and loyalty to Floyd Shivambu That loyalty should never be mistaken for disrespect towards other leaders. I have immense respect for Julius Sello Malema and for President Jacob Zuma . I have learnt valuable lessons by observing their leadership, resilience and commitment to the causes they believe in. I will always honour the contribution everyone has made to my own political growth. Respect and loyalty are not mutually exclusive. From the EFF to AFRIKA Mayibuye , I understood the vision and committed myself to it. People may question my loyalty or try to rewrite history, but they cannot erase what Floyd invested in my political development or the contribution we made together with comrades who genuinely believed in the cause. To those who celebrated my dismissal from the movement, played a role in my removal, or continue to work against me, I have handed everything over to God. He is the God of truth, and in His time, He will reveal what needs to be revealed. I have never been driven by titles. Before politics, I served people, and I continue to serve people today, with or without a title. Public service is not my career; it is my calling.Ok'salayo

On the 13th of Sept, someone transferred 180k for an iPhone Xs 256GB. After acknowledging his receipt, he called, and I told him we don't have it but will ask colleagues and let him know. I asked my friend, and he told me 190k. I begged him to leave it at 180k because that is what the guy deposited (check frame 2 for reference). When he sent the phone from Kano to Jos, then I noticed it was an Xs Max. Seeing that the guy was in a hurry and didn't want to disappoint, I called him and told him what happened and said if he wants the Max, he can take it at no additional cost. I was willing to settle the difference because it was his first time buying from us. I packaged it with a new premium charger because all our used phones are sent packaged in our branded box with a charger, and I sent it to him in Abuja. He later messaged that he has received the phone and truly appreciates it. After months of not receiving any complaints from him, it clearly indicates that he has received a fully functioning phone. It is in our policy that if you find anything faulty within one week, you can return it to us and either ask for a replacement or refund. What this means is that the cost of bringing it from Kano to Jos, the packaging and charger, and the delivery to Abuja are all a loss to me. But I didn't mind because at least I have satisfied him. Nine weeks later, while I was in Kano, I saw a call from an unknown number. When I picked up, he said it was him. He told me that the camera has started giving him problems. I told him it has been months since you bought it, but you can take it to any repair store and tell me how much you spent, and I will pay. He asked if I know anyone, and I sent him someone's number. The guy didn't pick; he texted and informed me and later called me. I told him to go to anyone he trusts and let me know the amount he spent. A few days later, I was stranded between Kaduna and Abuja on my trip from Kano to Abuja because my car engine failed. He called, and I didn't pick; I don't even know his number. Later in the night, I received his messages on WhatsApp with a threat that he will make a video to tarnish the image of my business. Someone I was willing to help after months of buying a USED device from me is threatening me. I said he should go ahead because I can't entertain him anymore. In conclusion, a trade that I incurred a loss from is what some people are trying to justify as a scam. The beautiful part is I have made trades with hundreds of people here, and I would love two more people to come out and present a case in which they are still using a device I sold to them that is faulty and they contacted me for a replacement or refund, and I didn't do it instantly. "The hypocrite will always look for faults" - Ghazali. Those that are looking for a fault in me can justify something as woke as this; it doesn't matter. This is my own side and will no longer entertain him anymore. For those that believe in me without hearing from me, thank you so much.

The Plight of Amhara Doctors under Abiy Ahmed Ali 🇪🇹's Fascist Rule in Ethiopia This was a message sent to journalist Belete Kassa Mekonnen yesterday (August 29th, 2024) from an Amhara doctor who had fled Bahir Dar, Amhara region after narrowly escaping execution by a member of the Ethiopian National Defense Force: Hi Belete, I want to address an incident that happened to me in Bahir Dar. I will withhold my name for now, I can tell you if it is necessary. I used to be a doctor in a private clinic in Bahir Dar. One day, government forces were unexpectedly passing by our clinic. The door to the clinic was open and when they saw my white coat, they barged in and said, “where are the Fano’s being treated?.” They told me that they have information that Fano fighters are being treated in the clinic. I told them there were no Fano fighters, they looked around to check. Fortunately, there were no young patients that day. They said that they have been told by informants that I have been treating Fano fighters. I told the soldier that I was there to treat all human beings, and throughout my education the main lesson I learned is to treat all human beings without discrimination. After talking to his friend, that was waiting outside, in Afan Oromo, he slapped me in the face twice and pointed his rifle at me and said, “where have you been? Have you not heard?” It was at this point that my elderly patients that I was treating, begged the soldier not to kill me, some even saying to kill them instead. As the patients got close to us, he took me out of the clinic and took me to a house with a balcony. He said to me: “Listen, we (Oromos) will not leave until we wipe out the Amhara youth and rape your women. We will leave once we infect your women with sexually transmitted diseases. It is our turn to rule. Your time to rule is over. You’re too emboldened. We are punishing you because you said you will not be ruled by Oromos. So any Amhara that does not cooperate with us will be executed. So if I execute you right now, no one would question me.” He told me to prepare myself. I was so shocked and disturbed but in that moment I decided that if I’m going to die, at least I will have to take one of these monsters with me. I went into my pocket and found a pen, and thought I would have to use that pen if necessary. The most heartbreaking part was that when the soldier was saying that “we will not leave until we wipe out Amhara,” there were two Amhara militias standing besides him. At the end I decided to say my final words. I said, “please, as a doctor I can treat you guys for free, I will even give you all the money I have in my bank account, I have a child, please don’t kill me.” Then he said, “ok, bring me 40,000 birr.” I told him I did not have the money now but I can transfer it to his account. He said to me, “ok, you will bring me the 40,000 birr at 10pm at the tree behind the Mecod military base. If you don’t bring me the money, I will come and burn both you and the your clinic down.” With a huge sigh of relief, I said ok and left. After saving my life that day, I left everything I had and fled to Addis Ababa. --------------------------------------------------- The images in this video are taken from the July report by Human Rights Watch, which details the destruction of healthcare infrastructure in the Amhara region by Ethiopian government forces. A message for my TikTok family: In case we lose Tiktok I want to thank you for creating a space that provided me the freedom to be myself. Before this, I was modeling professionally full time and although that was incredible and elevated me from my very humble beginnings in life, I didn’t have the freedom to be myself. How I looked, what I wore and what weight/size I had to maintain was not up to me. Because of you, I was able to prioritize social media, which gave me the freedom to be creative and do what I wanted without compromising a paycheck. It’s afforded me the opportunity to create content that I had creative freedom over. It gave me opportunities that led to collaborations with high profile brands like ESPN, BMW, Coach, Netflix, Mastercard, LG and the list goes on and on. It’s blessed me with being on billboards with my own name on my videos. As a model, you don’t get credited for your work. I was on TV, magazines, print ads and billboards more times than I can count but for the first time in my life, my name was with my image because I wasn’t just a model anymore, I was me. It gave me an identity of my own, not who they dressed me up as that day. When my mom passed away I was completely lost, and that’s when I found you. I had about 800 followers at the time and less than 2 years later there’s 1.2 Million of you on Tiktok alone. I can’t thank you enough for supporting me thru this journey and I look forward to what the future holds. I know this feels like the end of the world for some, but take it from someone who’s already experienced the worst thing that can happen to them.. we will be ok no matter what the outcome is. Accepting the things we can’t control and moving forward despite the setbacks will only make us better. And if we are blessed with being able to keep Tiktok, well we will be that much more grateful. I hope we can connect on other platforms because the thought of losing our community hurts my soul. I love you all with all of my heart and will always stay strong for you, I ask that you do the same. Thank you for getting me thru the most difficult time in my life. Cheers to whatever’s next 🙏🤗🥂
