Glad you got relief from the operation(s)! The holistic effects of "one fix" seems often multiple.

@openeyesignalx should I get double jaw surgery

Looking at your symptom list, I have most of those. I'm due an endoscopy for excess mucus in my throat too. But, it only started this year. Does sleep apnea start later in life? Could perimenopause contribute to causing it? Any non-surgical relief during investigations? Thanks!

Can do. Would be best to speak to someone trained in airway I also had excess mucous in throat, but not since surgery

Things you love to see: This.

Hi Elliot. I have used your TTFD supplement for a while, haven’t noticed many improvements in my long Covid dysautonomia. Have you seen people having more success after pairing it with nicotine?

yes because nic helps to counteract spike protein effect on cholinergic neurons

Thanks for your reply. Have you seen this single handedly curing people with long Covid?

Nicotine, yes Best in combination with a protocol though Nic + thiamine + glutathione + bromelain/nattokinase/lumbrokinase + NAC/NACET + etc

I have already tried all of them since nicotine and have made limited progress. Will add nicotine and hope for a miracle then!

For most people a simple Soulet Besombes based appliance (Myobrace, Sodis APF, or even cheap Silicone ones) that gently expands and adds molar height, will do the job of improving airway, avoid clenching and slowly stretching and repositioning masseters/TMJ discs.

Wow that’s amazing

Happy for you.

Jaw position associated with postural changes

@JEverettLearned Did you have to wear braces / Invisalign before the surgery? For how long?

@JEverettLearned Yes I had invisalign for 2 years, and probably need another 6 months-1 year
