I hate onions 🤣😹

In the case of onions, the danger lies in a compound called thiosulfate, which cats cannot digest. Ingestion of this compound from onions can cause the destruction of their red blood cells, leading to hemolytic anemia.

Im not eating at anyone's house that lets the cat on the counter while they're cooking. 🤮

I hate to say this, but cats can actually die from onion poisoing i.e. erythropenia, deficiency of red blood cells.

Put a cup of water near the onions when u slice them! The vapor is attracted to the nearest source of moisture. Put water out with the onions and you'll never cry again!
