Ultimately, religion isn't bad. But a lot of the people who practice it use it as a shield to do bad things and only follow the religion in the ways that allow them to justify their prejudices. If hell is real, so many "Christians" will be going to hell for twisting scripture.

True Christians don’t hate LGBTQ. We love them. We dont agree with the action of sin. Homosexuality is a sin and that’s just the truth. But it’s your choice to actually act on your feelings. We absolutely love the people in that community but we don’t like the sin.

Alcohol isn't prohibited in Christianity. Getting wasted is. Love thy neighbor includes preaching the gospel to them and rebuking sin. Homosexuality is a sin. Loving doesn't mean enabling. We can love them straight to hell if we don't preach the truth to them.
