I love it for breakfast,can only eat sourdough now. Especially when it's light textured with holes in it. The delicious sound of the knife spreading butter on crispy toast. Dollops of thick- cut marmalade and a mug of breakfast tea. 😋

Was saying just that to my daughter yesterday. Toasted sourdough is the worst. Never mind breaking teeth, its granite texture is enough to break your jaw.
