If you ever read this :....... By having a physical location this early, you made yourself very predictable... You made yourself a target. You stuck out your neck.... The mole part was bound to happen soon or later. My unsolicited advice; you need to get a mole of your own! (I know that's crazy).... Work with ex-service men specifically from DCI or NIS..... Knowing that a mole exists is half victory... You feed them what you want them to know. Also, putting it out here is a wrong tactical move. They'll now up their game and probably recruit someone very close to you...
