Errol broke the rule because Joe's kidnap and the result of their analysis was to heavy to not share with her. He over heard her calls & knew ehy were in the wrong path Joe broke her principle by telling Neal about the girl who was bombed. Does that make her a mole.

Agreed but that scene with him almost feels like it was to make us think like this. Will probably be someone that blows us away like her husband or one of the operators on her team.

But I think the theory stands. IMO. What did Olek character stand to gain by bringing the Russian character. It wasn't in their plan but she knew they would bite. I think Sheridan is using this troupe to introduce a real life situation.

Kyle is the mole. He felt guilty when Joe was taken - he found the Russian agent that was in Witness Protection pretty fast. They made a big deal on the plane ride home that Kyle is the one that made the plan to rescue Joe.

I initially shared your opinion; however, this scene made it quite clear that he might not be the mole. I mean, the writers should know better than to give him away, and I'm not sure it's Oleksandra the triple agent either.
