I have a problem with the idea that Black men benefit from “Patriarchy”

The term "patriarchy" is wrongly equated with white supremacy. In reality, patriarchal systems are prevalent in nearly every nation worldwide.

Did women not have to fight for equal rights even after slavery ended?? Take race out of it and tell me Men and Women have always been equal through out history world wide… every man in the world benefits from patriarchy at some point

This idea is extremely simple to. So simple that I feel ppl who don’t agree with it are just performing or pretending to not get it.

This raises a “MAJOR” question: are Black men and Black women still fighting for the same outcomes? And have we, without realizing it, become political adversaries in this struggle?
