Football gave me the chance to live in Corsica, the French Riviera, Germany, England, Saudi, Türkiye… and now, I have been given the opportunity to discover a new football, a new challenge, and a new life with my family! After much thought I have officially entered the transfer portal and am excited for the next chapter of my baseball journey. I’m looking forward to finding my next home and embracing the opportunities ahead. Thank you to DBU and Coach Heefner for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to be part of a special program. I’m especially grateful to my teammates for their friendship, support & the memories we’ve shared along the way. (A few swings from 2 of my starts.)

First, I would like to thank god for blessing me with the opportunities that have been given to me. Through these opportunities I have gotten to learn and grow as a man. Thank you to coach Drinkwitz for giving me the opportunity to play football at the University of Missouri. I would like to thank coach Russell and the entire strength staff for pushing me mentally and physically everyday to make myself a better athlete and man. Thank you to all of the coaches that I’ve gotten the opportunity to work with and learn from over the past 3 years. I would like to thank the entire academic department for helping me reach my goals academically while at Mizzou. Finally, I would like to thank all of the teammates that I have played with over my time at Mizzou. I have made connections, friendships, and memories that will last a lifetime and I am sincerely grateful for all of them. I am resigning from the Luminosity Rising Stars competition. I wanted to give an honest explanation but also talk about how much this competition has meant to me. This was completely out of Luminosity’s control and they did offer to extend the deadline for me/find a resolution but I didn’t want to delay the competition any further for the rest of the contestants.
