I have been saying for weeks that we should implement a 5-10% blanket tariff on all imports. We can then remove tariffs as an incentive system for specific products. Today President Trump announced this exact type of plan with a 10% tariff on most imports.

Lol what happened to your tweet from 10 mins ago about markets pumping bc of tariffs?

I'm not sure saying you and trump think the same way is a good thing

Why you deleted your last post lmaoo 🤣🤣🤣

Lmao you deleting your tweet on markets pumping because of tariffs

I think you are overstating the proximity to 10%.

No, no he didn’t whatsoever. And he dug his grave deeper in the process. Get your head outta your ass.

Tariffs = local corporate tax and are always paid by someone: 1. If the firm has bargain power (wide margins): consumers pay 2. firm doesn't have bargain power: shareholders thru lower share price or labor thru layoffs shareholders are currently paying for unrealized tariffs

🤣🗑️

Have you ever heard or read about Comparative Advantage and the benefits for both countries in a trade relation to adjust import taxes on specific products (when esch one is better at producing specific ones)?
