I have carefully reviewed the Cooperation Agreement executed between the National Government and Nairobi City County. It is my considered and definitive opinion that this Agreement is not merely permissible, but a mandatory statutory requirement under Section 6(5) of the Urban Areas and Cities Act.

Here is my reaction to the Pfizer deal. This is not progress it is corruption on full display. After unleashing catastrophic injuries deaths and disabilities with its COVID products Pfizer is not held accountable it is rewarded. This so called landmark agreement gives cover to its failed mRNA empire and hands it the keys to expand into oncology obesity vaccines and more. The government is propping up an empire of harm at the expense of the people.
