I have found *the* helaena edit

nice edit. After seeing this, I think I finally understand why she killed herself. Her premonition showed her that her soon-to-be born child would in fact be taken from her. Because of that, she would go ballistic and weaponize her dragon, burning people to death, and becoming what she swore never to become ("dragons change people"). So she chose death instead. Just my take.

Man this edit is incredible

i saw this yesterday too and I CRIED. literallly THE helaena edit of all time

Bruh swift needs to be paid for this

Major fumble by Ryan Condal regarding the handling of Helaena. Her story was far more compelling and tragic in Fire & Blood. The changes to her character were the main driver behind GRRM’s rift and ultimate separation from Ryan Condal and the HOTD creative team.

her story in the book was girl who likes to fly her dragon is traumatized by the death of her son and then dies. grrm himself said show helaena is an improvement over what he wrote and I agree: she's a nothing burger in the book. now get out of my comments w ur israeli flag.

Poor Helaena. Great edit, pretty much sum up who she was, too kind for this world. 😭

she would have been happier with jace 💔💔

I do wish that her mom had not been so stubborn when her dad said let’s marry her to Jason and all the fighting over her dead body. It wouldn’t be hers would be Helena. She could’ve been so happy because Jace was so sweet.

I cried for her, she just wanted a simple life and for her babies but could not have it

this edit goes so fucking hard

The Helaena/Alicent edit with Ethel Cain’s strangers playing in the background. Omfg. But this too ♥️

What an amazing edit.

That was absolute cinema!🔥🔥

this reduced me to tears oh god

fuck

Sweet Helaena ❤️‍🩹

This is gut wrenching
