I mean, I don't want to call them weak because people hear that differently but it kind of is. Look, if you want that positivity to stick, you’ve got to get tougher. Not sacrifice your love and your care and your empathy, but you got to get tough. And then we have to figure out how to love the people who are cynical because I don't think there's a ton of bad people in the world and I don't think there's a ton of bad people on teams. But I do think there are people who've been burned out. I do think there are people who have been through things in their lives. They've been through things in their company. They're experiencing stuff somewhere else. For whatever reason, they just kind of got run down and cynical and negative, or whatever. Or they're just wired a little different than we are. And I don't to hate on those people. I want to win those people. They don't have to be like me. They don't have to have my energy. But I want those people on my team. I want to love those people. And to now put that on the players, your boss, the owner of the team you play for is extending this offer, accepting this offer. I don't - I know you might get people that refuse to go. And then they can really say, like, 'Where am I gonna go? Do I wanna go to the Lakers? I wanna go to the Warriors. I wanna play for the Knicks.' Because the draft is not ideal from a player's standpoint not to be able to pick his destination...It's an interesting concept, but it comes with huge risk. Because what if you can't go back to college and you went undrafted? That's just me spitballing, but it's basically just a concept to think about: You break the draft system that way. Because a lot of guys, they don't get good until they're sophomores, juniors, seniors. Yaxel Lendeborg: Who what was he as a freshman? He was playing JUCO. I'm sure he would love to, right now, have his draft rights, be an unrestricted free agent, and he would get paid way above the rookie scale as an unrestricted free agent. I think that's something to think about, but the rules don't permit it currently. So it comes with a huge amount of risk."
