The only time I got a judgement when playing third strike, it was when Effie showed up and Necro got the win

Is effie guaranteed to show up and vote for Necro if he's playing or no? Ive never seen her not show up during a judgement with him so maybe its just a high percentage?

iirc judgment doesn't actually account for points or anything it's just completely random which i think is funny as hell

Because of how random it is whenever judgement happens at an event they just say replay the match. Some old myths were debunked awhile back too for it

Nahh, thats common when 2 players had a close matchs/ level... it happens. Something really rare is watching a match ranked as MSF (Master of Street Fighter), the max grade at Third Strike
