Very sad when it gets to this point without proper referral. Had a Similar case. Mean gradient 35 across the the mitral prosthesis. Salvage TMVR but too late.

An esophageal ultrasound was requested to evaluate aortic valve reflux. Prosthesis stenosis was adequately assessed by TTE.
