What a load of tribalist shit 🚮

Nonsense! This is exactly the kind of tribalism that has held back so many talented artists over the years. It’s the same experience that legendary artists like Majaivana faced. Too often, artists are only recognised if they are based in or promoted from Harare, while equally gifted talent from other regions is overlooked. Remember Majaivana’s timeless song Isono Sami? Despite producing music that touched hearts across Zimbabwe and beyond, he never received the recognition he truly deserved. Talent should be celebrated regardless of tribe, language, or geographical location.

This guy might have delivered his points vaguely and in an unpalatable way, but he has some few valid points there.

Let me correct this guy. KoBulawayo ayikho into esihlanganisa lesishona. That's what he means when he says Mthwakazi people dont see themselves as zimbabweans. He means we are not shona.

How can very low IQ people like these manage to locate each other? Not only that, how do they manage to convince each other to seat, talk and record themselves for the whole world to listen? Dumb people are dangerous.

Zimbabwe is the only country where tribalism is said Infront of the camera and the host a re laughing about it,what a shame, this guy is a disgrace to the Shona tribe

Take emotions out of it, you'll get what he said. I see the tribalism card already flying, that's exactly his point, y'all enjoy victimizing yourselves yet his opening example was mwana anouya pamba and feels like an outsider forgetting mwana wepamba ipapo!

You want us to believe that talent is in Harare, a lier, Talents and intelligence are evrywhere, what is not everywhere is opportunities, Those that you alude are vybing in Harare what's stopping them becoming international artists, it means you celebrate unripen music

Tribalism in Zimbabwe is in every facet of everyday life, this is the reason why Ndebele should be made a mandatory subject from primary to secondary school

I'm from Bulawayo and i think you have a point there , how can this be addressed? Zulu people should chase us from south africa until we understand that we are not part of them and we will never be.

Umuntu lo utaura iqiniso whether we like it or not our association with South Africa choked a lot of growth in music koBulawayo. Take it from back then kusatshisa ipanstula, digong kwaito, house, gqom, amapiano.

Anyone denying this fact, is either emotional or delusional. These are hard core facts, support each other first push your music and talent. You can't wait for us to push your music. There is not tribal card here, no emotions

Maybe if a child gets treated like an outsider for so long they just start to behave like one? I don’t like how people from Mashonaland talk about how Bulawayo people behave like South Africans and prefer consuming SA culture without interrogating where that comes from.

Uyo arikusekei benzi uyu. First of all, banolila is not Ndebele but Kalanga. These guys are fools

Stop trying to fuel hate speech in our country. We are not divided like South Africa

That's bullfrog nonsense. Its in his mind. How can he speak on behalf of Bulawayo people. Tell him to f... off

Bulawayo does feel like a different country in a positive way.

Being Zimbabwean is not being Shona. You have it all wrong in your small brain.

Tribalism nonsense. Should be locked up for saying shit like this

Bullshit!

@You_ve_Got_Tone What do you call a collection of idiots?

Inobhowa music yavo Sandra is shot Beater was slightly below average only Majaivhana and Fanyana Dube were good

Majority of shona tribal mindsets

Shona speaking provinces alone aren't the entire Zimbabwe. If you travel to most Mandebeleland provinces,Jah Praizer amongst other artists aren't known at all. The same Zig'so called currency ngeyase Here kuphela

Imdidi yodwa leyi. Opasi laba. Tsek!!

@mukuru101010 Podcasts have given low iq people a voice. He could have delivered his point in a better way. If a step child is constantly reminded that they are step children, he will not feel fully comfortable being in the house. Perhaps we should remind him that

Balolila was not a Ndebele song tho

ZBC has really limited his worldview and the guy clearly lacks exposure. Has he been in all bars, buses, houses, to make such a bold claim ?

“Boo-laha-wayo”, not Blawayo. We don’t say Halale? Get it right! Asking city of kings to listen to ragga uyanya. I can argue that those ragga people want to be Jamaican. Is that fair? This person is spilling is nonsense.

So called podcasters promoting nosense

Absolute hogwash why embarrass yourself like this...

Uyanya lo hayibo khuzani bo nayi imhlola uyazini nge Bulawayo

True

BTW, Banolila is not a Ndebele song, it's a Kalanga song. Solomon Skuza wasn't even a Bulawayo ninja, he us a Plumtree ninja. Ninja are foolish out here...
