I experienced a similar issue with Flipkart, where they delivered a counterfeit micro SD card. Samsung verified its inauthenticity, and Flipkart subsequently accepted the return and issued a refund.

Last year ,I had purchased bcaa from tata 1mg app, on verification from the brand. It turned out to be a fake product. Tata 1mg did nothing about it. I escalated the complaint to PMO, after 3-4 months, the food inspector got active, & left tata 1mg scot free, saying that the product was dispatched from rohtak haryana which has out of his purview !! I posted this complaint on my Twitter also. You can read it with proof. When the government is hand in glove with the corrupt companies, what justice can we expect!!

I already had doubts bout it. So i nvr buy branded things from these website especially those things whose authenticity can not be verified.

BIS identified M/s Techvision International Pvt Ltd as a key entity linked to the distribution of non-certified products on e-commerce platforms.

Hence one should always register new products on official company websites. It can be confirmed of its a genuine product or not.
