I work at a bakery and I do this like every day, but let me tell you their food safety regulations are in hell. I would get slapped if I didn’t wash the pans. Slapped if I set it on the floor. Slapped if I cut it without the guard. And slapped for cutting it and packaging it with no gloves.

Dirty nails dirt and unmentionables in their bracelets and rings, paint an rust dropping off machines and cluttered bench that doesn't get cleaned properly. Where are regulations? This is what we pay for. Peace of mind. And maybe gloves.
