🚨: Montgomery Toms & Will Coleshill ASSAULTED, ATTACKED, AND ARRESTED DURING A UNIVERSITY DEBATE Full Statement: Yesterday, Montgomery Toms (Founder of Freedom Watch GB) visited the London College of Communication to publicly debate mass deportations, a position that is openly discussed and increasingly accepted in mainstream political discourse. During what had been a calm and orderly debate, a student came up behind Montgomery Toms and violently flipped the table. Cameras were broken, Montgomery was assaulted, and additional equipment was damaged. Will Coleshill, cameraman, editor, and friend of Freedom Watch GB, immediately stepped in to defend Monty and restrained the individual under a citizen’s arrest. This was lawful and justified. The individual had already assaulted Monty, damaged property, and posed a clear risk of further harm or fleeing before police arrived. All legal criteria for a citizen’s arrest were met. University lecturers, LCC security, and students then intervened aggressively, placing William in a chokehold, grabbing and hitting him, while the man who assaulted Monty was also kicking and biting him. This disrupted the citizen’s arrest and allowed the individual who assaulted Monty and damaged our equipment to walk free. Drinks were thrown at William by other LCC students, and he was further assaulted and grabbed, forcing Monty to intervene and pull off those restraining and attacking William. Monty called the police immediately after the citizens arrest took place. When officers arrived, they initially appeared supportive. That changed the moment they saw our banner, which read: “Britain Needs Mass Deportations.” From that point on, the situation shifted dramatically. William Coleshill was accused of assaulting the individual who had attacked Monty, despite the fact that he was lawfully restraining him while waiting for police that he asked to be called. It is our sincere belief that this sudden change in attitude by the Metropolitan Police was politically motivated. The footage does not fully capture this shift, but it was clear and unmistakable in person. William was then arrested following an altercation in which an officer aggressively shoved him after he understandably asked whether the man who assaulted both Monty and himself was going to be arrested. This was just after the Police had read and understood our political stance. While being detained, William reports hearing the leading officer say, “You brought this upon yourself.” Monty was also told by the same officer that he should not be surprised by the reaction, namely the assault, that took place along with another officer that claimed it is illegal to be offensive. The largest polling political party in the country, Reform UK, openly supports mass deportations of hundreds of thousands of migrants. This is a well accepted debate and should not warrant or risk physical attacks. The police were called because Monty was assaulted. Yet the individual who carried out the attack was not arrested. Instead, the man who lawfully intervened to protect him was detained. This is a clear abuse of power and reflects a politically motivated, two-tier approach to policing. We want thank William Coleshill for his immediate and selfless act of stepping in without hesitation to defend Monty. We will not be silenced with fear, and Montgomery Toms will continue to fight for freedom. We will not stop engaging in calm, open, and respectful debate. However, Freedom Watch GB needs your support. We are just getting started, and after these events, we believe we must take the necessary steps to fund paid security to mitigate further attacks, but we can't do that without your help. Over 2,000 people marched peacefully in Toronto to support the hostages and condemn antisemitism. During the march, a jihadist assaulted Maayan Shavit, a family member of Kinneret Gat z"l (who was murdered on October 7th in Kibbutz Be’eri) and of Carmel Gat z"l, a hostage (who was murdered in Hamas tunnels on August 29, 2024). This incident occurred in front of the Toronto police. I stepped in to protect her and de-escalate the situation. Suddenly, Toronto police aggressively attacked me, threw me into the middle of Yonge Street, damaged my sign and phone, and handcuffed me. They pushed me to the other side of the street. I calmly explained what happened, stating that Maayan is a family member of hostages and that if the Toronto police arrested her after she was attacked by Hamas supporters, it would be all over the news, causing another international embarrassment for Canada by the Toronto police. When the Toronto police officer realized his mistake, they immediately released me without any charges. We continued the march, and at the end, we took our unity picture. Thank you to the Jewish community and special thanks to Maayan, who stood in my defense in front of the Toronto police. This is the true meaning of unity. The antisemitic jihadist who started the incident was left free to harass Jews and victims of Hamas terror, while I was handcuffed for defending a family member of the October 7th terrorist attack. This is a clear example of two-tier policing. Neither Maayan nor I broke any laws. Neither of us was arrested or charged. Now, I have pain in my wrists and shoulder due to the very tight handcuffs and the police twisting my shoulder. I stood against the Islamic Republic in Iran, and I will continue to stand against hatred and antisemitism in Canada.

As promised, here is the audio footage from an unprovoked verbal assault from @JoeDalyPB4PMayo and also visual footage of a subsequent assault of my partner Stephen Kerr (Joe bumped him from behind twice with his car and then drove off with Stephen on the bonnet). I had gotten 12 feet PAST Daly on the street when his young colleague stepped in my path (not knowing who I was) to speak to me. Daly then launched into a verbal attack, which resulted in my child crying (rest of video including audio from a stranger who witnessed what happened with the car is here ) He calls me a fascist probably over a dozen times. This is funny because fascists aggressively attack and suppress anyone with opposing views. So, who is the fascist? I think attacking someone without provocation while they are with their child minding their business might be classed as aggressive tactics toward someone with a different opinion to yours, and the irony is I agree with their stance on neutrality which is what they were engaging the public on when this incident unfolded. I was recording because I was warned he was about town and a buddy of Joe's (who he teamed up with to cancel Mise Éire, including making nuisance threatening calls to the hotel who hosted it) is taking Stephen and I to court for a vexatious civil restraining order. This person has also physically assaulted Stephen and has verbally assaulted us multiple times. As a consequence, we now record everything because these people are liars, and the stalking and harrassment is the other way around (clearly). I have witnessed Stephen be assaulted five times now by various people. Mostly PB4P members. The attacks are always unprovoked. Evidence of their lies can be seen on Daly's page. He wrote of this latest incident that I was the instigator and harrasser. But as people will hear, I did not speak to him first, and I was polite to his colleague. The longer version of this video has been posted already on YouTube and FB, and the vast majority of comments are from people who are disgusted at Daly (a teacher!) and supportive of us. One or two comments were from highly abusive PB4P supporters, and one or two said I should have just said nothing and moved on. But I teach my child you stand up to big bullies. Also when I say "f***ing" in this video I was highly upset at that point because my child had started to cry and to be honest I wanted to do more than curse at that point in relation to this big man, but I refrained. He sounds lower than me because he is a few feet away and the phone was close to my mouth. PB4P have become very emboldened lately. Remember recently, Ryan Casey being targeted by them in the most vile manner, despite that his girlfriend Ashling Murphy was almost decapitated? All because he has a valid and reasonable opinion on immigration? They are emboldened because the state is on their side. But I can tell Mr.Daly now that I will not be letting this matter (below) go. You did not have the decency to leave me alone while with my little girl. You hit my partner with your car. Teachers have a code of conduct they must follow and must be able to demonstrate an even and calm temperament. I will be making a complaint and the Gardaí have been notified of these incidents. You lied to the Gardaí and online about what happened. You didn't think that your verbal assault was recorded in full. I will ensure you stay away from me, my family and my partner. I give you my word. You have gone too far and better remove defamatory statement about me from your page ASAP.

Today, despite having informed the police in advance that I intended to attend a gathering of supporters of the Islamic Republic, I was subjected to unacceptable and deeply concerning conduct by the Metropolitan Police Service. While I had engaged in no form of violence and was merely asking participants simple questions including “Are you Iranian?” and “Do you support the Islamic Republic?” I was first assaulted by a woman who threw a sandwich at my face. Shortly afterwards, I was suddenly subjected to physical force by a police officer. This use of force was so excessive and unprofessional that it aggravated an existing injury to my rib. Following this incident, instead of protecting me as the victim of an assault, the police threatened me that I must either leave London or face arrest. I was then again presented with the ultimatum of leaving the area or being arrested. This occurred despite the fact that the assault against me took place in full view of police officers, who failed to take any meaningful action to protect me. This conduct constitutes not only a clear violation of my right to freedom of expression and peaceful presence at a public gathering, but also demonstrates unequal and discriminatory treatment by the police. I will be pursuing this matter through the appropriate legal and oversight channels and will be filing a formal complaint against the Metropolitan Police Service for the violation of my rights. This case will be added to my previous documented instances of rights violations. SHAME ON YOU Metropolitan Police
