I filmed this in Vancouver last week. Hordes of drug addicted zombies in this area. Piles of human poop on the sidewalk. People openly shooting up. The woman at the end putting up her middle finger then ran up to me and bleated โ€œdelete that videoโ€ which of course I ignored. This is not a policing issue. The police in this case are NOT ALLOWED to arrest these people. Itโ€™s not even a town political issue. The province does not allow these people to be put in a forced treatment facility.
