I have tweeted about this before: retrogression by Geography. My first degree took almost 6 years to complete. Migrated and by my 5th year abroad, I'd have added 3 more postgraduate degrees. "Your location determines your allocation" will always be resoundingly valid.

If you achieve success "legally" in Nigeria, understand that if you were elsewhere, with the same or even less energy and time, you would likely be ten times more successful by now. Emphasis on "legally."

Geography is destiny . I repeat Geography is destiny.

Geography is destiny. Watched a video of Yamal at a very young age in the Barca academy and thought about how if his parents was in Equatorial Guinea he wouldn’t have had the opportunity to be a Star. Malcom Gladwell outliers book makes this point clear.

Facts. The moment you leave certain places for other places, your dreams and destiny comes alive.

Migration is really hard for Nigerians now I sincerely envy those that left the country when it was cheaper

Did an environmental science course as part of my Bsc degree & a topic taught us how geography determines wealth creation for a person too. There are seven factors & geography was part of them.

A man once told me that if you stay in Mushin, you don't need to think like one, think like those in Ikoyi and I haven't been to there, the environment I stay is affecting my growth, I met a man whose goal has been accomplished I realised environment shrinks me in a cage

Everyone who left Nigeria and saw their lives changed positively regretted not leaving way earlier

I do not regret following you

It's valid o. If you are mad diligent in this country, replicating it abroad will make people say you're working smart.
