One thing I do to reduce the “blue” is the spectacular device from daylight. They built the only device I know of that can fully surprise blue light spectrum. I am writing this now on this device. I absolutely recommend no LEDs past 6pm. So much gratitude for daylight.

I have enough mobility, plenty of strength and power to swing a golf club and have been training consistently since i was in high school. Yet i still early extend Why? Because it is a swing issue not a physical issue and therefore no exercise will fix it.

THE BIGGEST ERUPTION I HAVE EVER SEEN! I have been observing the Sun professionally for over 50 years and this is the largest filament eruption I have seen. Note it covers over half the Sun, compare it to the size of the Earth (inset) but amazingly it did not produce a big flare.
