Driver is a dick. He was speeding, then went into the car pool lane to use the left exit, but it’s for the car pool only. He could have used the exit for non car pool drivers. From the video, the cop is wrong on many levels. I am not going to step to the line and say the driver was wrong, definitely could have controlled his emotions a bit. Overall, not to bad. The cop had no right to threaten to break his window. If they had reason to arrest him, they can break its window, but not just to threaten breaking his window. That’s insane cop got the reaction he deserved.
