How about this? 👀 Drop in a square image and it'll automatically give it continuous rounded corners that match Apple's formula for iOS app icons (or very close to it at least)

Ok last one and then I swear I'll go to bed 😅 Inspired by 9to5Mac's header image I made a way to put a blown up, blurred version of your frame (or icon) in the background. Combined with the new padding controls I got pretty close!
