A whistleblower leaked us the document they were hiding which Michael Clara specifically had asked for via GRAMA in the summer 2024 and to which the Office of the Utah Attorney General refused to acknowledge its existence. The Office of the Utah Attorney General’s deception and delay critically undermined Just Phil Lyman and my efforts to challenge the 2024 gubernatorial primary election. This is not acceptable. The intent of the Rule 60(b) motion is to now force the Office of the Utah Attorney General to answer for this delay and deception in court. Rule 60(b) motion scheduled for Tuesday, January 27, 2026.
